Picture of the Day: All Smiles at the DMZ

In the Demilitarized Zone, soldiers are more than happy to take photos and crack a smile. This is a far cry from the scare tactics and intimidation used on the South Korean side. This is almost certainly on purpose, possibly a passive-aggressive way to make a mockery of the precautions on the South.  [Business Insider]

Of course they are all smiles.

It isn’t every day they get to meet a freshly-shaved Che Guevara.

Fucktards like this should be prosecuted with crimes against humanity for monetarily supporting that regime.

Something interesting in that picture…

The radio on his belt looks consumer-grade rather than military.

In fact, considering antenna length, display size, and keyboard layout, it looks more like an older police scanner than a radio…

…making one wonder if its more like a prop than a working communication device.

Anybody know what the logo on the guy’s shirt is?

Is there any irony here waiting to be discovered?

Was the hat with the star on it required for the photo op?

After 60+ years what do you expect stupid ❓ Why not get as much $$$ out of it as you can? STUPID AMERICANS still stand behind this pretentious Hatfields(N. Koreans) vs. McCoys(S, Koreans) hillbilly “war.”
