In the Demilitarized Zone, soldiers are more than happy to take photos and crack a smile. This is a far cry from the scare tactics and intimidation used on the South Korean side. Something interesting in that picture…
The radio on his belt looks consumer-grade rather than military.
In fact, considering antenna length, display size, and keyboard layout, it looks more like an older police scanner than a radio…
…making one wonder if its more like a prop than a working communication device.
Anybody know what the logo on the guy’s shirt is?
Is there any irony here waiting to be discovered?
