Picture of the Day: Preserving Korea’s Exiled Government

More like low cost lobbying. Transparent attempt by China to tug at Korea’s easily plucked patriotic strings to levy favor without spending any more. Which clearly they haven’t been on that building or the surrounding neighborhood.
