Time to send a drone¹ to circle around over Yongsan and a low altitude until somebody notices it.
It is better that “leadership” stay alert and focused on potential threats rather than if some 20 year-old drank a beer or commented on the sexiness of some skank all tarted up and trolling for sexist comments.
¹ Drone: body made of scrap Styrofoam sheet and hot glue, control surfaces hinged with duct tape, actuated with Chinese servos from broken RC toys ($2 each new), motor from any number of things ($9 exact motor new), propeller made with polyester material and epoxy (poor man’s carbon fiber) ($2 new), brains from anything with a rewritable microcontoller (from microwave oven to car radio) ($1 new), GPS from old navigator, cellphone, GPS ($10 new with antenna), batteries stolen from TV remote in somewhere on Yongsan (to boost the sense of irony), software DIY copying open source PID and navigation control modules.
Somebody needs to tell the world that the Drone Genie is out of the lamp… and even if they banned all drones and the entire hobby of RC flying, it would be possible to make a drone out of a stolen cellphone that was more advanced than the first cruse missiles… and could be powered with a WWII era pulse jet made from scrap pipe.

RIP Mario Cuomo(June 15, 1932 – January 1, 2015) http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/lost-giant-former-new-york-gov-mario-cuomo-dies-n278256
“Mario M. Cuomo, the three-term governor of New York who commanded the attention of the country with a compelling public presence, a forceful defense of liberalism and his exhaustive ruminations about whether to run for president, died on Thursday at his home in Manhattan. He was 82.
Tributes came from both sides of the political aisle Thursday. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, a Democrat, said, “Tonight, New York City has lost a giant. Mario Cuomo was a man of unwavering principle who possessed a compassion for humankind without equal.”
U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer said, “He was a colossal political mind and represented the very best of public service; he leaves an indelible legacy on the state he loved.” Pataki said Cuomo was “possessed of a soaring intellect” and “a great New Yorker.”
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a Republican, sent his condolences and also called Mario Cuomo a “giant.” “He was a strong, eloquent leader who loved New York and its people,” Christie said in a statement.
Asked once how he wanted to be remembered, Mario Cuomo replied: “One of the simple things I wanted to achieve is — I want to be governor. I want to be the hardest working there ever was. And I want, when it’s over — and I figured on four years at first — I want people to say, now, there was an honest person.”

Cuomo screwed me out of 18 points on the 2014 Dead-Pool. What an ass.
