That isn’t the international standard.
Those with high risk of exposure to Ebola are required to eat in restaurants, go bowling, ride the subway from one end to the other, and then scream about their rights.
If they do, in fact, come down with Ebola, they must self-promote as “heroes”.
When will Korea join the international community?
Another thing Korea is really short of is more illegal aliens on welfare and resistant TB.
From what I can find, it looks like they stayed a month. I wonder if it was long enough to do some real good, or hopefully learn and be able to reproduce best practices in an outbreak if needed.
Making any sort of effort is actually redundant to the leftist wannabees. It’s good intentions that really matter.
