Obviously, those are rockets designed for the peaceful exploration of space. The colors of earth vegetation have been painted on them as a visual aid for any extraterrestrial life forms that might be encountered.

The caption the came with that photo should have stated that those are mockups. Aside from their “?satellite?” launches, North Korean has never demonstrated a successful ICBM test.
