Looks like 정자각 (Jeongjagak) by the KCIA compound.
This is Gwangneung Royal Tombs in Namyangju.
I meant 헌인릉 (Heoninreung) by the KCIA compound. Same answer I said above, but probably comfortable.chairs got it right.
Comfortable Chairs got it again, this is a 1930 picture of the Gwangneung Royal Tombs just outside in Namyangju.
Some of us weren’t born then… 😉
