Koreans are so kind to foreigners because Koreans give them directions when they look like they are lost!
From what I have read this bar was one of those dating clubs where they move patrons to different tables to meet each other. I can see how it would be harder to provide this type of service without being able to speak English to the patron, not that it makes it right.
