Rotation of U.S. troops

A ceremony is held at U.S. military base Camp Casey in Dongducheon, north of Seoul, on Feb. 26, 2016, for the rotation of troops. Some 28,500 U.S. troops are stationed in South Korea, a legacy of the 1950-53 Korean War that ended in a truce instead of a peace treaty. (Yonhap)
