Just a heads up to everyone that I have added some new features to the comments system here on the ROK Drop. The most obvious update is that quick links for HTML tags to help format comments has been added above the comments box. More details about how to use the tags can be read here.
The other update is that readers can tag registered users in the comments box. Details on how to tag registered users can be read at this link.
By the way I recommend readers register for account here on the ROK Drop at this link. A registered account makes commenting easier and allows readers to tag you. Plus you earn reputation points the more you comment and sign in on the ROK Drop.

I’m watching the Superbowl on Korean tv (MBC Sports Plus). I know back in the States, a lot of people enjoy the Superbowl commercials. Here in Korea, during EVERY commercial break they play the exact same two commercials. One is for the MG Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives and the other is for a Samsung insurance mobile app. They fill in the rest of the commercial break with a couple of studio experts talking about the game. Here’s a Youtube link to the insurance commercial – nothing like the highly anticipated Superbowl commercials in the States.
The Patriots must have made some halftime adjustments. And by halftime adjustments, I mean they passed around a lock of hair that Trump gave Brady just for the occasion.
Someone posted to twitter: “Patriots won on November 8, 2016 and then again on February 5, 2017.”
Yes, that was all time choke job. It seemed like the play calling was intended to get Matt Ryan the Super Bowl MVP instead of running the ball and ensuring they win the game. It will be interesting to see how long it takes Atlanta to recover from this debacle.
Feb. 6 (UPI) — North Korea condemned the United States, South Korea and Japan for conducting a missile warning drill in late January.
The statement published in Pyongyang’s Workers’ Party newspaper Rodong Sinmun on Monday claimed the three countries were preparing to eventually launch a pre-emptive strike, although the drills were conducted for defense purposes.
So we have a ship launched ballistic missile interceptor. Good, good.

@guitard, it must be weird to watch any program much less the Super Bowl with the same ads playing over and over again.
I hope you aren’t an Atlanta fan…that was one of the biggest collapses ever. Not to mention some poor play calling by Atlanta in the 4th quarter.
Almost like meme magic was working against them.
