How many are doing this because Park did something provably wrong vs virtue-signalling?
It’s up to the courts to decide if she will be impeached. But if they don’t come up with the “correct” decision, we’re in for another massive round of demonstrations on the streets of Korea. Under such circumstances, I wonder why they even bother with the investigations and waiting on the court to make a decision. Wouldn’t that be considered a kangaroo court?
@Tyson, if the court rules to keep Park as President the protests will likely turn violent like we saw in 2008 with the US beef protests. I imagine the Constitutional Court is taking this into consideration with making their ruling which they shouldn’t, but I think they probably will.
