Cuba shames Trump, justifiably.
Cuba to Trump: US in no ‘condition to lecture us’ on human rights
http://www.cnn.com/2017/06/17/politics/cuba-trump-response/index.html
“…”We have deep concerns by the respect and the guaranties of the human rights in that country, where there is a large number of cases of murder, brutality and police abuse, particularly against the African Americans; the right to live is violated as a result of deaths by firearms,” the statement read.
It went on to list a litany of concerns: racial discrimination, salary inequality between genders, the marginalization of immigrants and refugees from Islamic and other countries, Trump’s proposed wall on the southern border, his decision to pull out of the Paris climate accord, the imprisonment of enemy combatants at Guantanamo Bay, the killing of US and foreign citizens in drone attacks, the preface for and conduct of the wars in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries, and estimates that the Republican health care bill would cause 23 million people to lose medical insurance.”

Hmmm. Sounds like Cuba is trying to play to the leftists in the U.S.

They hit a lot of the usual talking points, but some of those things the left has been silent on or even encouraged for the past 8 years.

The bit about being robbed of life due to firearms is ironic coming from the Castro regime.

Given what Cuba exported to Africa and Latin America, you’d think even trollbone would want them to dump the Castro regime to restore creedom. But maybe he developed a form of Stockholm Syndrome?

Amazing how many Cubans come over regularly on little makeshift rafts, filled to capacity with humans…many of whom drown. Just to get to this place so their rights are violated.

Are you so dumb being a Floridian that you don’t know about why that would be? Duuuh…The Cuban Refugee Adjustment Act, as the name suggests, helps make it easier for Cuban citizens to escape Cuba and get permanent residence in the United States.

USA suicide rate(THX to Vets) = 48
Cuba = 84

Philandro Castillo was unjustly profiled/pulled over in his car, murdered on camera by a MN white cop in front of his wife and child in the back seat so the cop was found not guilty of ALL charges by a mostly white jury. Where was the “All Lives Matter” movement/demonstrators to show that Mr. Castile’s life mattered?

Where was the National Rifle Association when a gun owner like Castile had his concealed-carry rights violated?

If Cuba were truly “justified” in “lecturing” us on our human rights record there wouldn’t be so many people endangering their lives trying get out of Cuba to come here.

It would have been helpful to the case if the actual shooting took place on camera instead of just the aftermath. Perhaps the officer did simply freak out and handle the situation terribly, murdering an innocent man in cold blood.

Freeze frames show a black object in Philando Castile’s lap. If it was the weapon, then it could indicate Yanez’s story to be correct in that he ordered Castile to stop moving, but Castile instead continued to reach.

Even if you are authorized to carry concealed, not obeying an officer’s orders and reaching for your weapon is a good way to get shot. I can’t think of any reason why a concealed carrier would ever remove their weapon from a holster or pocket while talking to the law, until expressly told to by the officer.

Sadly, just like in many other cases, we may never know what the full truth is.

I do know that if I am ever pulled over or come in contact with any law enforcement officers, I don’t make any sudden movements and only move when instructed to do so by the officer. At the same time, I keep a respectful and disarming tone.

Thailand prostitution crackdown: Tourist is caught having a threesome while drinking beer in a Jacuzzi

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4620656/Tourist-caught-having-Jacuzzi-threesome-Thai-police.html

Police and army officers found 15 sex workers downstairs drinking with customers, one having sex on a bed upstairs, and in the last of the ’short time’ rooms the western tourist in a bubble bath.

He had taken the women, who were in their 20s, to a private room and paid around 3,000 baht – the equivalent of £70 – for an hour in the hot tub with them.

He was drinking beer, smoking a cigarette and receiving oral sex from one naked woman while another watched.

All of it was on camera, the police just didn’t release it nor did the judge allow crucial evidence in the trial. And what racist cop Yanez didn’t see according to his own statements, 1 year later he was suddenly able to see. He changed his story or rather…he LIED ~
[Interviews contradict Jeronimo Yanez trial testimony he saw Philando Castile’s gun]
http://www.citypages.com/news/interviews-contradict-jeronimo-yanez-trial-testimony-he-saw-philando-castiles-gun/429733013
“…While jurors indicated they were torn over whether Yanez ever saw Castile’s gun or not, they never got to weigh the now-former officer’s BCA interview…
…Though Yanez said he “thought [Castile] was reaching for the gun,” he never mentioned in the BCA interview that he actually saw a weapon…
…The prosecution strategically tried to bring the BCA transcript in during its cross-examination of Yanez.
The judge rejected this attempted introduction of new evidence.
Though Yanez said he “thought [Castile] was reaching for the gun,” he never mentioned in the BCA interview that he actually saw a weapon.
Nearly a year later, when he took the stand during his trial, Yanez was more certain. He testified that he was “able to see the firearm in Mr. Castile’s hand,” forcing him to shoot.”

There are more U.S. military “endangering their lives” for nothing(other than themselves and weapon corporations) than Cubans going for a about ride. When Cubans arrive in America do they do drugs and kill themselves like U.S. military & veterans?

“WTF does that matter?”

Tbone, that is a shameful statement.

Cultural appropriation is no joking matter. Even the United Nations is coming to understand this is a serious issue which requires international legal attention to protect the cultural assets of minority and disadvantaged peoples.

For you to accuse an individual of color, already murdered by a racist Hispanic cop with a native american name, of cultural appropriation by falsely claiming he was in the car with his wife and daughter, is a great deal of insult added to injury.

Obviously, had he been white, this would be the case. But as a person of color, our expectations are met when we learn that was his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s daughter by a different baby-daddy.

Educate yourself, Tbone. Refrain from making wild foolish statements that do not reflect reality and which falsely accuse others of cultural appropriation.

Keep in mind this is why blacks get Black History Month and whites get Father’s Day.

By the way, if anybody is interested, here is dashcam video with audio of the shooting.

Things to note:

– the “racist cop” was polite and professional and reasonable.

– it was a complete lie that the driver was reaching for ID when shot… as he has clearly already given ID to the cop.

– the “racist cop” is clearly having an emotional breakdown after the shooting… not at all happy about what happened. This does not support the myth that there are nothing but racist cops looking for any chance to gleefully shoot black people.

Q: Why did Officer Yanez have to take a Xanax after the shooting?

A: For Hispanic attacks.

Since the leftists and the BLM crowd can’t pin this shooting on a white officer, now the narrative is that non-white LEO’s are just a tool of white privilege. In a way, doesn’t that stereotype people of color by saying they are incapable of making independent, moral life decisions?

True racists would be pushing for Yanez to get the death penalty. I imagine that would be a twofer in their eyes.

We are at a real impasse in America. Half of the country wants to be outraged over any shooting deaths between police and anyone of color, regardless of the circumstances. The other half either wants to wait for the facts to come out or just don’t believe much of anything the media puts forth as injustice anymore.

The left and the media have basically cried wolf so much that a lot of Americans will just assume the police are in the right. This is sad because there truly are cases of abusive authority, often against minorities. Those tend not to be the ones that make the headlines.

Just curious, have you ever watched Rachel Maddow? She’s the Glenn Beck of MSNBC.

If you don’t get my reference it means she’s bat-5h1t crazy.

Anyway.. Hah that story’s a load of Tbone! Nothing but a bunch of unsourced statements, misdirection, and speculation, i.e. the DNC Mission Statement.

Must really pi55 you off that even the Dems have had to admit there’s no actual evidence of collusion which pulls out the final leg to the claim that your President was obstructing justice which didn’t mean much anyway since the load-bearing leg was the one which legally allows your President, President Donald J Trump to fire Comey for whatever the F he, your president, wants.

Have I mention that Trump is your president?

The Russians didn’t elect Trump.

American voters did.

There is no influence the Russians could have given which had more impact than the fantastic sums of money spent by the candidates or promotions by media and “alt media”… not including confirmed voter fraud… all of which has been in favor of the Democrats.

Did Trump somehow “collude” with Russians?

What does that even mean?

Tbone, explain exactly what illegal act you think Trump did.

So…the lies of the DNC are exposed and this influences the election, making it “hacked” somehow.
By that measure the release of that Trump tape during the campaign was “hacking” the election too.

Fahrenheit 911 was released right before the election, in an obvious attempt to sway public opinion…to thunderous applause from “Truthers”.
