This guy could have been president, but the political climate did him in, that he just fell apart with all the bickering. Korea is so corrupted, you can not get anything done! without greasing somebody hand. Their country is so corrupted that jobs, are sold on the black market, all kinds of jobs. if there is a job opening any job you will have to pay somebody under the table at HRO or someone who can get you in. I was once told by this Korean/US government worker seoul that he get me a command sponsor slot for 1o thousands dollars. That was back in the 80’s.
