Magnitude 3.2 Earthquake Detected in Vicinity of North Korean Nuclear Test Site

I wonder if this earthquake was caused by a collapsing tunnel at the nuclear test site which hopefully isn’t leaking out radiation now:

A 3.2 magnitude earthquake detected near North Korea’s nuclear test site Saturday was judged to be a natural quake, South Korea’s weather agency said.

The tremor occurred at 5:29 p.m. , 20 kilometers southeast of the country’s Punggye-ri nuclear test site in the northeastern province where the North conducted its sixth nuclear test Sept. 3, according to the Korea Meteorological Administration.

The agency upgraded the scale of quake from its earlier assessment of the 3.0 magnitude.

“The quake has been analyzed to have occurred naturally,” an agency official said. “A sound wave, which is usually generated in the event of an artificial earthquake, was not detected.”

The Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) said that it detected two seismic events in North Korea, but they were “unlikely (to have been) man-made.”  [Korea Times]

If it is, that might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back with regard to China’s willingness to truly and earnestly enforce sanctions on North Korea. China is willing to put up with a lot of North Korea’s BS – but I think it will draw the line when North Korea’s actions put Chinese citizens in danger.

Earthquake you say? Radiation leak you say? Maybe it’s worse than that… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0J17DOqdCQs

“that might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back with regard to China’s willingness to truly and earnestly enforce sanctions on North Korea.”

The camel back breaking straw is the willingness of an American president to ruthlessly weaponize American financial power (before it slips away due to the plots of multinationals, lobbying from other nations, and traitorous politicians selling America for their short-term political/idealogical gain).

China is now faced with its own sanctions if they don’t truly enforce sanctions on North Korea.

So America gets to put the real squeeze on North Korea or America gets to put the squeeze on Chinese trade imbalances.

Like many things Trump does, he wins regardless of outcome… and always has… even when the deal goes to shít for everyone else.

Fortunately, he is working FOR America with one goal… not money or power… but to go down in history as a great president.

He may or may not succeed… but despite all the political, corporate, media, and international interests against him (which are certainly not the intetests of American citizens), he is going to get an A for effort.
