I worry about this country. Our Congress can’t perform its most basic job of passing a budget, the NFL idiocy, and now this obtuse West Point commie.
Funny, I always thought bending the knee was an act of subservience, to a tyranny in particular (but most of what I know about that stuff I learned watching Game of Thrones).
Mattis could direct a General Court Martial find that cadet is guilty of Misbehavior in the Face of the Enemy and have him hanged. He’ll probably get off with a BCD, not a DD. But he definitely knows better.

Otto Warmbier’s parents open up about son’s torture by North Korea:
“When they spotted their son, they found Otto on a stretcher, jerking violently, producing the terrifying cries.“Otto had a shaved head, he had a feeding tube coming out of his nose, he was staring blankly into space, jerking violently,” Fred said. “He was blind. He was deaf. As we looked at him and tried to comfort him it looked like someone had taken a pair of pliers and rearranged his bottom teeth.” They also stated he had a large scar on his right foot.
I wish we would just bomb the shit out of NK instead of just praying for sanctions to work.

Andy,
The whole Otto Warmbier thing is very, very odd.
Everything North Korea does makes some sort of twisted sense and has a clear path to some sort of gain.
This makes no sense and there was no gain… an opportunity NK seldom squanders.
It would seem there is a big part of the story missing…
…and it is likely known by people who don’t want to say for fear of disrupting the narrative.
Not that it really matters if these were the tests done outside the perimeter.

“UK allows drunk as an excuse for felony assault.”
I wonder how that smug little bítch would feel if others got let off for a violent felony due to alcohol…
…let’s say ràpe, for example.
But seriously, the “stabbing” was not even close to what my mind conjured when I read the headline… and probably does neither her nor society any good to fill a jail cell.
This should be primarily a civil matter between her and the victim.
It is unfortunate the court had to excuse her actions due to alcohol instead of admitting her violence was not that big of deal and easily stopped with a couple of hard bîtchslaps or a good punch to the mouth.
It is also unfortunate the court is encouraging this crazypússy to become a doctor.

Wow a lot of things worth noting in this story… will leave it up to you all to spot em.
I really didn’t have much of an opinion on the factual content of that piece, the “did Moon OK it” was the actual article title. Wasn’t a fan of all the fortune telling in the piece is all…
As for saving the RoK from any revenge who knows, look what Saddam did in Kuwait during the `91 retreat.

Give Denny a prize! The average American’s priorities are pretty pathetic of late. I told you before, just name me King of America and I’ll outright ban sports entertainment on the whole. 😎
@Denny, if the US media can find any reason to make and enflame a race baiting issue they will. North Korea and nuclear war does not get people worked up as much as race baiting.
Anyone else find it interesting the information operation being carried out by the media right now to make it look like Trump doesn’t care about Puerto Ricans? Here is the latest hit job:
Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló told CBS just two days ago that thousands of shipping containers with food, water and medicine are just sitting in the port of San Juan not being distributed. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is disputing those claims.
On Friday morning, Deputy FEMA Administrator Daniel Kaniewski told CNN that the containers in the San Juan port likely hold retail goods and not hurricane relief supplies.
“There are millions of meals and millions of liters of water that are on the island right now that are in the process of being distributed,” Kaniewski said during a live interview. “Now, we’ve seen video images of cargo containers sitting in the port. I can assure you that those are not FEMA containers. Those are retail goods that have probably been sitting there for days or weeks.”
“FEMA containers and commodities are going and have been received at regional distribution centers,” Kaniewski continued. “Those regional distribution centers then distribute it to the 78 municipalities” that make up Puerto Rico.
The Washington Post similarly reported on Thursday that some of those containers sitting in port were filled with commercial goods for stores such as Home Depot and Walgreens. Jose Ayala, vice president for Puerto Rico services at the Crowley shipping company, told the paper that post-Hurricane Maria, “there is damage to the trucking infrastructure” that normally moves the goods from the port to supermarkets and stores.

GI, the objective truth doesn’t matter to Democrats and their pet “journolists”. Yes, o, not a. Look it up.
Always wondered how much truth there was to this. https://www.weirdasianews.com/2016/08/31/north-korean-olympians-rewarded-with-money-punished-in-coal-mines/
If the players end up in the coal mines probably won’t improve their game much.

That excuse wouldn’t work for a dude.
Maybe they’ll be excused for vehicular homicide next, if they’re drunk enough.

When America attacks North Korea, Moon’s attitude may save Seoul from a serious revenge attack.
