Cherry blossom watching is the same like rush hour on the bus or subway too.
any “festival” in Korea is pure misery. You and a million of your closest Korean friends jammed together…and of course there is the traffic to get in and out of these locations. You’ll spend two hours at a festival and 6 hours in traffic coming and going….if you are lucky.
And free for all parking doesn’t make it any better either.
