Tweet of the Day: PM Abe Served Dessert In A Shoe
|When Japanese PM Abe came for dinner, Israeli PM Netanyahu's private chef Segev Moshe put his foot in it with the dessert: chocolates served in a metal shoe, "which is considered highly offensive in Japanese culture." https://t.co/o0aVnOGgew pic.twitter.com/Yx4f6BQp7s

No problem.
When Netanyahu visits Japan, they can serve dessert in a piggy bank.
…or an ashtray.
buh-dum-bump
Too soon?
If we spend so much time looking for ways other people could possibly offend us, we become terribly unhappy. And then, I suppose, we go to work in “Journalism”…
The people raising this are allegedly diplomats; but Abe was the one who acted with diplomacy and charm. Those complaining are gormless and probably opposed to Japan and/or Israel.
A “metal shoe”filled with chocolate is a weird choice for a dessert.
My skin isn’t exactly thin but
that would be offensive in a number of cultures. I’m pretty certain every Arab culture would find it offensive and Israel is in the middle east.
Just sayin’

What a compliment! I’m from West Virginia, just having a shoe is a blessing.
LOL Ole Tanker. 😆
The Israeli protocol specialist should be fired.
Q: How do you know the toothbrush was invented in West Virginia?
A: If it was invented anywhere else, it would be a teethbrush.
Q: What goes pat,clang,pat,clang,pat,clang?
A: A West Virginian walking away from an Isreali state dinner.
😆
Some clever people in these here parts.

There happens to be many clues
that this seems to be part of a ruse.
Just a viral advertizement
to give good advisement
when buying ghetto-ass steel-toed shoes.

I would never say to a fella
that he was just being yella
if he saw the shoe
and wanted nothing to do
with some hard-ass Jew Cinderella.
