There was a furry accident just outside USAG Yongsan Gate 13 on Saturday (visitor gate across from Ichon Station). A father and daughter were on their way to the Seoul American High School graduation (son/brother was graduating). While turning left into the gate, a motorcycle coming in the opposite direction ran a red light and slammed into the passenger’s side of the vehicle (a BMW). Presumably, the motorcycle’s gas tank burst in the crash and splashed gas into the car and immediately set it ablaze.
In the first video, you can watch from the 17 second mark to the 49 second mark to see video about this accident (the rest is about another accident). You can see the father with his clothes on fire getting sprayed with a fire extinguisher.
The second video exclusively covers the accident at the base gate and says the driver of the car is a 56 year old US gov’t employee named “A” and his 15 year old daughter named “B” died in the accident.
That’s too much to watch. My heart and deepest condolences goes out to the family.
Commie Moon wanted to improve safety in the whole country. What a sham when you have scooters and motorcycles treating the roads like Grand Theft Auto and police who rather watch phone movies than doing their jobs on enforcement.
We have done exercises working with South Korea for a long time. We call them war games. I call them war games. They are tremendously expensive. The amount of money we spend on that is incredible. South Korea contributes, but not 100 percent which is a subject that we have to talk to them about also. That has to do with the military expense and also the trade. We actually have a new deal with South Korea. We have to talk to them. We have to talk to countries about treating us fairly. We pay for a big majority of them.
We fly in bombers from Guam. I said where do the bombers come from? Guam. Nearby. I said great. Where is nearby. Six and a half hours. That’s a long time for these big massive planes to be flying to South Korea to practice and drop bombs all over the place and go back to Guam. I know a lot about airplanes. Very expensive. I didn’t like it.
The purpose of these so called “war games” is not so much about bluster and shows of force. They’re more for training and readiness.
Flying six hour sorties is what bomber crews do routinely to maintain proficiency. It’s what need to do regularly whether they are participating in an exercise or not.
I guess while we are waiting tor North Korea to drag out on the de-nuke promises USFK will be on an exercises (training) stand-down. Their motto will have to change from “Ready To Fight Tonight” to something like, “We’re Just Hanging Out.”

USFK’s hands are already tied for training and readiness. Commie Moon and Fatty are laughing all the way to the Blue House with this draw down.

Skipping one or two showmanship drills won’t affect actual readiness. And it might actually improve response time, if the fertilizer hits the impeller..

POTUS really shouldn’t be saluting any foreign generals, especially, not enemy ones like the NORKs.
How the ‘Deep State’ Stopped a US President From Withdrawing US Troops From Korea

Hmm.. not sure how trustworthy the source is, only read a little of it, gotta hit the road… \o
“POTUS really shouldn’t be saluting any foreign generals”
You’re right, he should’ve gut-punched everyone and spit on them, that’s how diplomacy’s done right? No?
Mobile links are tacky btw.
Given The Diplomat is one of the mouth organs of the “Deep State”, I think the article is hogwash, purely designed to distract from the OIG reports….
