“enhancing cooperation on drug busts”
Wasn’t aware there was a problem with cooperation on those. Sounds like the whole thing is a show to say “Hey look, we’re doing work to justify our salaries.”.

“enhancing cooperation on drug busts”

Well… see… in the past, there was none of that cooperation… well… a little bit… but it could really do with some enhancing.

So we exchanged phone numbers and web pages and Kakao Talk QR codes.

We had cooperation.

Now we have ENHANCED cooperation.

Now we will really get both those drugs and those busts.

For example a dope fiend refers to the reefer butt as a “roach”. Because, it resembles a cockroach.

I had reefer butt once. Doc prescribed a cream to make it go away.
