Seoul has no say. They had no say in the 1950s. And they have no say now. The only point is to try to make Moon look like the playa he ain’t.
Unless they just want the US to leave. I am certain Trump would listen to and honor that request. And I am equally certain Chinese flags would be flying all over the peninsula and Dokdo within a week.
