Given the South Korean government are just copying the offensive Japanese behavior they complain about, I can’t see where Moon is serious at all.
And frankly, he seems more than a bit tired lately. Can any of his friends get him to visit a doctor before it turns into something dangerous?
Also, whose job is it to oversee Chinese, Russian, and North Korean offenses against the ROK?
Ignoring those and pursuing a childish campaign against the Japanese (who always hate non-Japanese, but politely) seems like a rather craven approach to National Defense. Especially as the US has bigger economic levers to force the Japanese to fly straight if THEY go too far.
I think South Koreans are going to get exactly what they voted for. And I feel sorry for them. Especially their children.
