Picture of the Day: McDonald’s Protest in Seoul

A civic group holds a rally in front of a McDonald’s restaurant in downtown Seoul on Oct. 29, 2019, to call for the prosecution to investigate McDonald’s over serving defective food products. Among the protesters was the mother of a four-year-old daughter who suffered a permanent urethral disability after eating a contaminated burger patty from the global chain in 2016. (Yonhap)

I tend not to be upset by ultra-small percentages of people getting sick allegedly from fast food in countries that hate their peaceful neighbors and idolize parasite-ridden warmongers.

But that’s just me. I also doubt infections in 4 year olds came from restaurants and not the open sewers running down many Korean streets, even in Seoul. Even in Yoido.

How come the millions of other Korean kids eating Mickey Ds aren’t sick too? And how about the adults?
