The elevator speech is: high school teachers are FORCING students to embrace anti-US and anti-Japan ideology. A coalition of students who are sick of it are pushing back.
The link is a long but well written article; worth the read. I, for one, was unaware of this educational betrayal underway. Naturally, the teacher’s union pushing this agenda falls under the militant union Korean Confederate of Trade Unions (KCTU) – which explains a lot.
I hope these students remain undeterred, grow in number, and become the kindling for the next Kwang Ju.
