So what does Ms. Tara O thinks about how Mr. Trump performed just before and during the pandemic and what she thinks of the US demands for $5 billion for USFK costs?

What is her opinion on those? Does anyone know?

Regarding the comics picture in this post that has Singapore on a second place podium as a successful COVID-19 response country, that was premature. Singapore has had a bad week as the virus infection rate has just taken off there.

JoeC, you and Beijing Man are almost making me miss Tom and tbone.

JoeC, no one knows the actual number infected with Winnie the Flu, and without that number, the use of terms like “rates” is meaningless — or purposely misleading. I fear you are falling victim to Alphabet News.

Meanwhile, I get that our new regular troll hates Trump, which is his(?) right. I just wish he’d use more imagination in his fevered polemics. Seeing the same droning and whingey attacks day after day is little better than the misspelled spam GI worked like a yoeman to eliminate.

Have a heart, would ya?

Just because the data is inconsistent reported from their sources doesn’t mean we should throw it all out and deny everything it shows. I’ll continue to go with the JHU charts.. There is no good reason why Singapore would fudge reporting numbers that clearly show daily increasing numbers of infected over the last week.

JoeC, look up the more comprehensive Santa Clara results (even reported through SFGATE). They seem to indicare something much more realistic.
