Missing Osan Airbase NCO Returns to Base
|At least there was no tragic ending to this missing servicemember case:
A U.S. airman who went missing last week returned safely to Osan Air Base on Tuesday nearly a week after he was reported absent from his unit, the military said.
The Air Force launched a search for Staff Sgt. Tristin Blake Jarvis, 26, of the 51st Force Support Squadron on July 9, saying he was last seen in the vicinity of the Osan Fitness Center the day before, according to the 51st Fighter Wing.

Does anyone have any other information on this guy? Was this guy a malcontent who just needed a week off to shack up with his yobo? Is he mentally troubled? Something must be wrong because of the virtual news blackout on this guy. There’s no detail to the story even in S&S. All it says was that the guy was “returned safely” to Osan. Perhaps in the aftermath of the story that @GIKorea told about that Army girl going missing in the states, the AF was told to keep a tight lip on what they said in public about this guy. There’s more to this story than has been told.
@GIKorea – Can you not do something about these spammers? It’s getting fricking ridiculous.
Maybe banning all links for a month would help?
Setnaffa, that is what I just did, so if any ROK Heads leave a link it will enter into moderation. These spammers have been extremely difficult to get rid of with their changing names links and IP addresses. It is almost like they are using AI to get around anything I put in place to get rid of them.
Did you also ban all non-US military, non-racist, non-hate-mongering, non-Trump supporters from this site as well?
Apparently he didn’t ban racists, Beijing boy. You’re still here. And apparently complaining about spam-bots being blocked?
@Korean Man – It would seem not because you’re still here.
tagumcitytim, I am obviously one of those pesky spammers that’s getting through despite all the attempts to block out.
Back to point. What’s the scuttlebutt on this guy? Someone here’s heard something.
