Less happy side note, I suspect the next play for the Dems is to extend the USSC if they get the Senate. I sure hope not. I think Barrett will be the choice. She has seven kids so she can probably handle a lot of stress. It will be interesting to see what they liberals accuse her of (being too good a breeder?)

Before someone can pack the court, they’ll have to get Congress to change the law on the number of justices on the court. Of course, that’s not impossible, but it might not be that politic a move, not to mention the precendent it would set for when the ‘pubbies lose this November.
