@ Setnaffa I think Kim Fatty Jr bragged about using humanitarian aid to feed the Army while the average Korean was starving during the famines in the 1990s.
That’ll buy a few missiles.

Yeah, I remember that. And the money Kims don’t spend on food can easily be spent on more missiles, etc.
