Busan Mayor Found to Have Held A Dinner Party in Violation of COVID Protocols

Well at least he did not pull an Obama:

Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon

Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon violated social distancing rules in June by attending a dinner party with more than four people hosted by Lee Woon-kyung, wife of Namyang Dairy Products Chairman Hong Won-sik, according to the police, Wednesday.

Lee held the party at her home in Seoul on June 19, with 14 people attending, including herself. At the time, a ban on private gatherings of more than four people was in place in the Seoul metropolitan area as a part of the government’s social distancing measures to control the spread of the coronavirus.

You can read more at the link, but it is amazing these people in power that keep flaunting their own COVID protocols.

When these faggots pushing restrictions and covid fear start acting like they fear covid, they will have my attention.

Until then, they have my other kind of attention.

“I heard it was a gathering to wrap up the Art Busan event, so I thought that it was a public or official gathering. I did not eat at the time,” he said in the statement.

…because covid doesn’t show up to official gatherings… or at least covid fear doesn’t, for some reason.

Reminds me of the screenshot going around of an elementary school rewarding students with 30 minute mask time-outs.

It’s not about covid.

And the sooner everyone recognizes this, the sooner the mass insanity can end.

CH,

It’s about the medical system.

Governments don’t want to be faced with a situation where there aren’t enough hospital beds and the medical system is on the verge of a collapse.

Covid is like a stronger version of the flu It doesn’t kill many people but unlike the flu, where people can recover from home while taking Tamiflu, it causes hospitalizations in numbers that lead to medical system collapse.

With enough vaccinations and hopefully with a pill like Tamiflu, yes hopefully governments can be convinced to end this insanity.

The big question is when.

Nonsense. It’s about control. Nameless, faceless, unelected bureaucrats will never willingly end the “pandemic.” And please note they are still calling nearly everything COVID…

TOK,

Two years to flatten the curve just doesn’t ring true anymore.

At the beginning, “overrun” hospitals turned out to be stock footage and a hospital ship went unused in NYC.

While the media screamed of disaster, people who went to the hospital and took videos of normal operations (or less than normal) were arrested.

“Overworked” nurses made dance videos and there was always time for political statements.

While the media reported hospitals at capacity, my small sampling of medical professionals in America all said they heard that was happening but luckily didn’t see it where they were.

Much of the reporting was clearly propaganda with dying words being, “But Trump said it wasn’t real” and now “i sure wish I had gotten that vaccine.”

I just went to a major Korean hospital to see someone who had been in a car accident (an interesting story in itself). Apart from covid theate outside with guys standing in the heat with bunny suits, there was absolutely no sign of anything unusual.

My trust level for media and government is even lower than my previous trust scale was calibrated for… so my default response is get rekt.

On top of this, the world has made a joint effort to erase the memory of Sweden, which seems to be doing just fine by mostly ignoring the whole sack of bullshìt.

Bonus: it seems clear there are a few cheap, well-studied drugs that theoretically can treat covid off-label. However government, media, and some intentionally designed-to-fail studies have done everything possible to sabotage them.

All signs point to this dragging on as long as politically possible… while the Newspeak for “booster” becomes “third shot” with trial balloons being sent up to see if the public will accept a shot every 6 months.

Like witch trials or dancing mania, I am not interested in participating in mass psychosis perpetuated by dummies or the mentally ill.

All the people who really know what is going on (Obama, Busan mayor, et. al.) just ignore it.

CH,

There are two types of Covid-19 patients.

The ones that show little or no symptoms and the ones who require hospitalization and a respirator.

The ones who show little or no symptoms are sent to a “treatment center” actually a dorm or an “officetel” which have been converted for the role. Here they are quarantined and monitored until their bodies fight and chase out the virus.

The ones with serious symptoms are taken to not any hospital but ones that have wards with pressurized and sealed chambers.

Which may be the reason why you didn’t notice anything unusual.

I’ve also been to two medium sized hospitals here and like you other than some personnel with suits at the entrance, saw nothing unusual.

Some may think, what medical system crisis? And there are times that I think whether the government here is blowing things out of proportion and overreacting because they received some flak during the earlier stages of the pandemic for their failure to filter people entering from China.

But on the other hand. if you see Brazil and India for example, and see what could happen, then well some sensible social distancing and care may not be too bad until there are enough vaccinations and hopefully a Tamiflu-like pill, that will make Covid bearable like the common cold and the flu.

setnaffa, suggested that the government want to control people like what Kim Jong-eun is doing in the DPRK.

In that case, Kim wants to stay in power and avoid a Mussolini.

But here, what do the government hope to achieve by “control”?

The results will be nothing but angry people. And since this country has been a democracy for the past 35 years or so, you can’t go back to the old days of dictatorship or hand it over to the DPRK or the PRC as some right wingers are suggesting. Things have come too far for that.

That’s why they are constantly looking for a way out.

And there will be a way out of all this when we reach a level via vaccinations where Covid-19 becomes something like the flu or common cold. A disease that can’t be eradicated but one we can live with.

BTW, I got my first Pfizer two weeks ago. So far so good.

If I was looking for a fight, I might type out something lke the following:

The two types of covid patients are 1-otherwise healthy people, and 2-people who are already dying (eg, diabetics, Alzheimer’s, end-stage renal failure, various cancers, etc.).

Otherwise healthy people are 99.99% unlikely to need the science-fiction wing of your hospital’s ICU…

People who are already dying are often already in a managed care facility, or being seen regularly by allegedly competent medical providers.

Administering periodic prophylaxis luke HCQ+zinc+antibiotic, the pneumonia vaccine, and Ivermectin (however that’s spelled) can avoid unnecessary deaths.

However, Trump said HCQ, so immediately the leftists in the medical world stuck their heads even further up their collectivist arses and murdered tens of thousands who didn’t need to die.

And then, immediately after the 2020 election, they changed their published views on HCQ. They still insist on pushing so-called “vaccines” that have not shown any indication of preventing infection or spread.

And they still insist on those made-by-Uighur-slave-labor Chinese paper face diapers that — on their best day — block less than 20% of droplets that carry Winnie’s Flu.

Bloody contemptuous political vermin are the people at WHO, CDC, and NIH. And those who continue to spread their hell-spawned false gospel.

God will judge them if they don’t repent.

However, it’s Saturday and I haven’t had my second cup of java.

Ah. setnaffa, picking a fight while saying you are not picking a fight.

Anyways, something that Lindsey Graham, an ardent Trump supporter said the other day;

“I am very glad I was vaccinated because without vaccination, I am certain I would not feel as well as I do now. My symptoms would be far worse.”

And to top it off, Trump himself telling his supporters to get vaccinated.
(BTW Trump got vaccinated, secretly)

What is happening here?

I thought Republicans especially Trump supporters, like setnaffa, hate to get vaccinated. But now it seems that the head honchos of that movement are saying and doing the opposite of what their supporters believe.

I guess this answers the question;

At some point over the weekend, though, someone must have drilled it into Trump’s head that things are really, really bad out there: The delta variant is absolutely ripping through unvaccinated communities and leaving numerous parts of Trump Country with nary an ICU bed, and “deathbed vaccine regrets” are now a thing.

Us:

Under Trump – “I will not get that shot.”
Under Biden – “I will not get that shot.”

Them:

Under Trump – “I will not get that shot.”
Under Biden – “Give me 3 doses and another one every five to eight months after that!”

We are not the same.

*this is stolen material

Anyway…

People are so dumbed down they can’t really even think right.

If you are 75, you clearly have a very different risk profile with covid and the vaccine than if you are younger.

Covid poses a threat to a 75 year old greater than observed short-term vaccine side effects. Unknown long-term effects of the vaccine aren’t such an issue.

If you are a healthy 20 year-old, covid poses essentially zero risk, the vaccine poses a known higher risk, and you have decades to reveal any long-term effects that are yet to be discovered after less than a year of use.

You are a dumbàss if you are healthy and under 50 yet still get the vaccine.

You are also a dumbàss if you refuse to acknowledge this statistical reality.

If you are 75 years old or older, you have no right to be safe from COVID. Too bad, if you get it because you’re too old any way. I mean, if you’re too old, it’s better if you’re dead since it’s going to save the taxpayers big money. Let’s just kill them all off, that will be best! Too bad for setnaffa, you’re out of luck, old man.

And right before that:
Trump says the vaccine will be ready in just a few months!
He lies!

Korea Man,

If the vaccine works, older people have nothing to fear. If the vaccine does not work, then none of it matters anyway.

Perhaps a better strategy would be to have those at risk self-isolate while those at low risk simply let the Wu Flu run its course. Sweden appears to have had very good success with this policy despite being ignored by media.

Isolating everyone has drug this out and destroyed the economy that could have funded government to better care for those who needed to self isolate or be treated. It has also caused the increase in suicide in Korea to claim far more lives than covid.

But none of this is about covid or public health so any sensible discussion of pandemic management has no relationship to what is happening.

I hate to burst your bubble (CH, KM), but please look at recent data from Israel and U.K. Spoiler Alert: Age matters.

1. Vaccinated AND >50 = more death/hospitalization
2. Unvaccinated AND <50 = more death/hospitalization

– As of August 15, 2021, 68% of COVID patients admitted to hospital in the U.K. who were over the age of 50 had received one or two doses of COVID injections. By mid-August, 59% of serious cases in Israel were also among those who had received two COVID injections, mirroring U.K. data

– Only in the 50 and younger category were a majority, 74%, of British COVID patients unvaccinated. Those claiming we’re in a pandemic of the unvaccinated fail to differentiate between age groups

– The same applies to COVID deaths in the U.K. Unvaccinated make up the majority of deaths only in the under-50 age group. In the over-50 group, the clear majority, 70%, are either partially or fully “vaccinated”

– We cannot rely on U.S. data to get a clear idea of how the COVID shots are working, as the CDC has chosen to only track breakthrough cases that result in hospitalization and/or death

– Reanalysis of Pfizer’s, Moderna’s and Janssen’s COVID trial data using the proper endpoint show the shots are hurting the health of the population, and if mass vaccination continues we face “a looming vaccine-induced public health catastrophe”

– A new study shows that vaccinated individuals are up to 13 times more likely to get infected with the new Delta variant than unvaccinated individuals who have had a natural COVID infection

Above abstracted from Mercola.

Initial CDC guidance made sense:
1. Stay home if sick.
2. Quit touching others.
3. Wash hands, sanitize area more often.
4. High risk should stay home.

I was okay with that. It’s guidance, not regulatory.

NOTHING afterwards made ANY sense:
1. Everybody stay home.
2. Shut downs (schools, non-essential businesses, etc).
3. Wear masks.
4. Get vaccinated.

Guidance morphed into law … which are based on non-sense.

NO ONE mentions the real cures … not a peep.

The problem in America is we’ve forgotten how to revolt. I mean really revolt. Remember the early 80’s seeing Korean students throwing gas bottles and beating public officials (but mostly the riot police) with baseball bats? THAT’s a revolt.

Mcgeehee,

It is hard to know what to believe.

When you combine those statistics with other statistics, you find all sorts of risk factors… from diabetes… to obesity… to from covid/with covid.

What I do know is that the experts said life would return to normal after the vax.

Then it was a “booster”… er… “third shot”… and Israel is taking away “green passports” for those who don’t have their third shot.

Canada is buying more than 4 shots for everyone (with options for 8).

The head of Pfizer is floating the idea there will probably need to be one every 6 months.

If someone tried to sell me a watch or car with the same level of bullshit, I’d walk away.

These àssholes have absolutely no idea what they are doing medically.

…but they know what they are doing financially.
