ROK Authorities Announce Largest Drug Interdiction Ever in South Korea

This is a lot of meth that was interdicted in Busan:

South Korean prosecutors said Wednesday they have busted the nation’s largest-ever drug trafficking attempt with an arrest of a man in his 30s in the southern port city of Busan.

The Busan District Prosecutors Office said it has arrested and indicted a 34-year-old man on charges of smuggling over 400 kilograms of methamphetamine from Mexico.

The prosecution said the volume of methamphetamine seized from the suspect totaled 404.23 kg, the largest amount in the nation’s history of drug smuggling.

The seized drugs, which can be administered to 13.5 million people at the same time, is worth 1.3 trillion won ($1.12 billion) in terms of retail price.

Of course drug use is going up, part of the scamdemic plan. Everyone sitting around with nothing to do so government will get them hooked on drugs ..

Believe whatever you want. Get vaxxes and boosters and anal probes and whatever else helps you sleep at night.

But don’t constantly flaunt your mental illness to others. And don’t demand they accept it or copy it.

Then everything will be just fine.

I shake my head every time someone, after all this time and so many deaths world-wide, still claims the virus is a hoax. In all my years on this earth, I’ve never known anyone who died from the common flu but I’ve had 3 people I personally knew pass away in the last year from covid and one of them had other health issues (diabetes, overweight). And just in the last week, a friend of mine got sad news. A couple he and his wife were good friends with both got sick…the wife died and the husband is currently in an induced coma. Both in their mid 50s, both unvaccinated (because, you know, 99.7 survival rate if you’re healthy – so much for that theory, eh?). If the husband wakes up, he’ll have to be told his wife didn’t make it.

Oh go stuff it. Your annecdotal Letters to Penthouse about COVID fatalities are not evidence.

I now know over 90 people who have caught it and recovered. Only fou went to hospital, all over 60. All 3/4 went home after 4 days. The other, with six stents in his heart, took 11 days.

No one is saying it’s a hoax; but the panic pr0n generated by gullible saps and wannabee serfs is sickening.

Just try to keep up. Read rhe Stanford report. Note that FDA and CDC are pushing back on authorizing so-called “Booster” shots. The wind is slowly changing. The evidence is that the so-called “vaccines” are not effective–and may be injuring or killing more people than Winnie’s Pox.

Keep your heads out of your arses, wash your hands, don’t swap body fluids with infected strangers, and try to act like adults.

And if you want to wear three masks, go ahead. No one is stopping you.

Clarification of my annecdotal nonsense:
4 went to hospital. 3 only 4 days. 1 went 11 days because heart stents.

In all my years on this earth, I’ve never known anyone who died from the common flu but I’ve had 3 people I personally knew pass away in the last year from covid and one of them had other health issues (diabetes, overweight).

I know one guy who almost died of covid. He was the singer in an (elderly, 80s music) band. Everyone in the band tested positive but only one was really sick. Our neighbor was the drummer and he wouldn’t have even known he had it (he is over 60). His wife is 60, caught it from him, lost her smell for about two days but that was it. The one who almost died (played bass) weighed at least 350 pounds, probably more. He was massively obese. Our neighbors all had it, and only the couple who is over 70 came close to going to the hospital. I know a lady in Florida (one who visited my mother in the memory care unit, so I took and interest) who did become very ill. She has a history of illness and has been on hospice. She eats through a PEG tube. Covid did not kill her, she was very sick for about two weeks.
The symptoms for covid are all over the map. My family had it, and they got over it faster than Joe Rogan and without any medication.

Confirmation bias is all. If we lived in a world without social media the vast majority of people would not be worried at all and probably wouldn’t even recognize we are in a “pandemic” from their experiences. An ICU nurse, by contrast, would be very afraid.

BTW, as a floor nurse I have seen people die of all sorts of things to include the flu. The flu hits some people very hard. But the flu way outdates social media.

I should add, I haven’t worked as an RN in about seven years, so I have no experience on the covid epidemic. I do feel for hospital staff who are overworked and look very tired. This is true it seems of every industry right now. Not because of covid deaths but because of the measures that have impeded the supply lines and led to a dearth of workers. Airlines are terrible too.

For context, let’s look at actual numbers for what a pandemic looks like:
https://hectordrummond.com/2021/02/01/swedens-figures-do-show-that-lockdowns-are-a-crime/

Do you see those really big spikes? That’s what major pandemics look like. No doubt you can spot the Spanish Flu of a century ago.

Funny how leftists immediately jump out with homophobic insults and attacks on women. Kinda like they’re exactly who we always said they were.

It’s like some sort of compulsion with them.

I really wish the Chinese could afford to send us at least one decent troll. Reading the usual drivel so many times is getting boring. Even thee old Nork Kimsoft propaganda was more original and entertaining.

And all the boring crap so we what? Wear cheap Chinese face diapers made by Uighur slaves that cannot block any virus? That dog won’t hunt in many places.

Accept ineffective experimental gene therapy euphemistically called “vaccines” that hurt people and need multiple boosters even Bidrn’s own FDA and CDC won’t certify? Yeah, no thanks, sunshine.

It is not difficult to notice that the supposedly separate identities called Setnaffa, Chicken Head, liz, and Mcghee what’s his name spit out the same pro-Trump crap, in addition to swamping an entire thread with their crap in a coordinated way.

It’s obvious that they are not separate identities but the same one Russian bot with the main identity used being Setnaffa.

If Setnaffa was human as claimed by himself, he certainly would have had the intelligence and awareness to acknowledge that some of the arguments put forward by people opposing his viewpoints may be correct.

But since he spits out the same pro-Trump crap every single day, it’s obvious that he’s a Russian bot programmed with the same old script.

Maybe the Russian troll factory that created him should program him with more realistic data and algorithms so that at the least, he sounds less like a bot. That goes for the other identities.

, I have 2 dear friends are currently RNs. The first in a supervisor in an ICU. Her ICU is full, her staff is overworked and over half of her ICU for the past year has been COVID patients. She got COVID last fall, her symptoms were mild and after she tested negative went right back to work. The other works in an elder care center, is diabetic and for reasons she never shared with me, has been advised to not be vaccinated. Her husband did to protect her, and her employer is letting her work, but she fears getting COVID after another coworker, also diabetic got COVID and died. Both say the medical system is overwhelmed right now, and say they and their colleagues are tired from the sheer numbers and frustration that otherwise healthy people are getting sick and dying. TL;DR: Active Nurses want people to take precautions and believe COVID is real.

There is no coordination. What you are experiencing is a “conspiracy of shared values”. It happens all the time in the world at every level of individual and organization.

2ID Doc:

“frustration that otherwise healthy people are getting sick and dying.”

You and I both know that is a false statement. Healthy people are not dying. The average death has 4 comorbidities. Around 80% of deaths involve obesity. The average age of covid death is somewhere around the the average age of death.

If anybody cared about health, Coke and McDonald’s would be the enemy.

Johnhenry,

In no uncertain terms, condemn Biden for pinching a preteen girl’s nipple. There is clear broadcast-grade video. The girl clearly explained what happened.

No? Can’t bring yourself to throw shade on something so dear to your heart?

Pedo. The only question is little girls or little boys… but you will eventually give yourself away.

And tell us again how Marijuana is not a narcotic (despite perfectly fitting the dictionary definition of a narcotic).

Doc, I did say an ICU nurse would be “very afraid”. whereas regular people in the community do not see it. I don’t claim covid doesn’t exist (nor does anyone else as far as I have seen).
My neighbor is a nurse practitioner who manages seven major trauma centers between here (Colorado) and Kansas. She would know. She says they are seeing a spike now but fewer of the major intubations they saw with the spikes last year. I think people who are at high risk should get the vaccine (voluntarily). People who have already had it should not. All that said, this is far from the equivalent of the black death and many of the measures we’ve taken have caused more harm than good.
It’s a shame Chinese bots are taking over the place, along with useful idiot Tbone.

I saw a story in the news yesterday about a 13 year old boy who died of covid complications. They showed a picture. I had a schoolmate with Cushing’s syndrome long ago. He was the fattest kid in school and this child had to outweigh him by 200 pounds. His mother wanted to change school policy and add more draconian restrictions for “health and safety”. The media of course loved this.
A child this large, or with some other health complications that place them at risk, should probably avoid group gatherings.
The rest of the children should not be forced to.

Just to add,
As I mentioned above confirmation bias is strong. AN ICU NURSE will see the worst cases. As a result that person will be very very concerned.
I worked in a medical lab in the 90s. Back then, I thought HIV was the worst malady in the world, and everyone should be very very concerned. All the AIDs patients would come by our lab with stuff not seen anywhere else. Brain mold (cryptococcus) from pigeons, toxoplasmosis, also TB. I drew blood from these patients and they looked like death sucking on a lemon. We didn’t have the same level of precautions we have today and I’d have to recap the needles.
It was pretty scary.
I’ve seen people die of terminal lung cancer and I suspect a terminal case of covid is similar. It isn’t pretty.
I’m sure an ICU nurse sees a lot of critical covid patients these days.
It doesn’t help that our population is so obese we need small cranes to move some of these folks.

Sorry, just to add again (since it’s a bit cathartic to write all this)…
Right now we have a dearth of workers everywhere. It is no surprise the healthcare industry is hurting with the burnout. Back in the day we never had enough workers….during flu seasons/numerous outbreaks I would sometimes float in the ICU too though I was never a formally trained ICU nurse. That was during “normal” outbreaks. This is much worse and has lasted longer.
Of all the things that made life run smoother, CNAs were worth their weight in gold. ICU nurses typically have a maximum of two patients (at least, that was the case when I worked), and no CNAs since they do total care. Floor nurses have 8 patients and CNAs help a lot. CNA work is dirty, and they don’t make very much money.
At present I’m sure there is a serious shortage of CNAs…much like the shortage of luggage workers has created a very big problem for the airline industry.
There are cascading consequences everywhere.
Burnout is huge, and a lot of people don’t want to go back to work right now.
Nurses are turning down extra hours and cutting their hours instead.
If I wanted to go back to work now I would be making four to five times what I made before.

Heh, that doesn’t surprise me Setnaffa.
I think we are going to see healthcare worker shortages for years for another reason, too…many facilities are limiting and/or refusing clinical rotations. New nurses aren’t getting the training they need in the hospital settings, they are training with lab dummies and it will make a big difference.
They will all need serious on the job experience and (again) so many of the seasoned nurses who could provide it are leaving.

Study says….

Vaccinated:  5,312
Unvaxxed   :     690

Vaxxed cases:  27  –  0.5%
Unvaxxed cases:  69  – 10%

Vaxxed hospitalizations:   1
Unvaxxed hospitalizations: 0

Conclusions:

– The study was done within 6 months of vaccination so the effectiveness had not dropped off yet. This effectiveness can probably be somewhat maintained with the coming third shot, the promised 4th shot, and the suggested every-six-month shot.

– Covid is the flu to healthy people. One hospitalization without details. No wave of deaths. Carry on.

– It is a personal choice to get the vaccine or not. No matter if you choose to be a subject in a medical experiment by being injected with an experimental substance made with experimental technology in ever-changing times and amounts or you choose to remain in the control group, thank you for your sacrifice.

Mcgeehee

THAT says it all.

liz

Just went to a neighbor’s house and she said her father’s friend (his friend since grade school) died within two weeks of taking the vaccine. Another guest said her friend had to be in a medically induced coma after the jab…the doctors still have no idea what is wrong with him.
Only four families were at this get together, we were the only couple who has not gotten the jab. So it wasn’t like there was some motivation to talk about side effects of the jab. I was not the one who broached the subject. I didn’t even add to it, since they’ve all had the vaccine didn’t seem any point. None of them are going to get the boosters however.
