Of course it is a failure….or it is working exactly how commie moon wanted it too….so maybe a success. I mean he did clear a breach lane through the DMZ so that was nice of Moon….

The reporter in question got it all wrong.

The plan to replace troops with cameras and sensors has been years in the making, with the first systems coming online around 2015, which was during the Park Geunhae presidency.

However the system has been plagued with problems to the point that the soldiers who monitor the system has been known to ignore the generated alarms.

Also the two contractors who installed the system failed the performance tests, but the Korean MND issued the contracts regardless of the performance test results.

Which may all have led to the current situation.

So it was the right-wing government that started the automation and it was the right-wing government that gave the contract to that incompetent contractor, and it is now the right-wing media blaming the commie Moon with false facts. This reporter is a liar, from the Chosun Ilbo newspaper of the liar’s club.
