I doubt either will budge Pyongyang; but we hope he picks the one that alienates the fewest allies (or former allies).
It’s sad that the Norks feel so antagonistic toward the South. A more focused, more nuanced approach could have wffectively ended the war, the sanctions, and made the North a wonderful destination for tourists to spend their money.
Instead, angry fat guy and his team keep starving the Norkistanis to afford missiles that don’t launch and mountains that collapse…
