Russian Warships Transit Military Equipment Through Japanese Waters

It looks like the Russians are moving equipment from the Kamchatka peninsula and Kuril Islands over to to mainland to be transported over to the fight in Ukraine:

A Russian navy tank landing ship loaded with military vehicles was recently spotted in the narrow Tsugaru Strait between Japan’s main island, Honshu, and Hokkaido. (Japan Joint Staff)

Emanual was there to see off a 38-ton shipment of nonlethal military supplies, including helmets and bulletproof vests, that Japan donated to Ukraine.

Japan has reported spotting numerous Russia warships on the move in international waters near its northern borders this month.

Most recently, four Russian amphibious ships, traveling in pairs, were spotted east-northeast of Japan’s main island of Honshu on March 15 and 16, Japan’s Joint Staff said in a news release last week.

Stars & Stripes

You can read more at the link, but Putin must be getting desperate if he is having to move equipment from the far reaches of Russia to fight the Ukrainians. Notice that the picture shows a ship filled with transport trucks. Shortages of trucks to move supplies into Ukraine has been something reported in the media that Russia has been lacking to sustain offensive operations.

I feel sorry for the non-elites involved in the Russia-Ukraine war. As always, they’re the ones doing the fighting and the dying.

Sarah A Hoyt has a nice post about so-called “class warfare” that the elites should read and take to heart in order to avoid a “Ceausescu Moment”.

It’s encouraging to me to see Russia being exposed as not a superpower, the current US and NATO leadership being exposed as impotent frauds, and South Korea having both a potentially great leader in Yoon and freedom of speech as expressed by the 120,000 signatures on a survey that will undoubtedly be unpopular with Yoon.

May we all learn the lessons from History that many others seem to ignore or attempt to dispel/disbelieve when it doesn’t fit their narrative.

The thing about The Rightwing Angry White Male(TRAWM) ™ of the ROK Drop is their willingness to look the other and/or glorify a President of South Korea if he/she looks favorably on keeping the USFK in Korea forever.

Of course this is typical of the Big Failures of American Foreign Policy(BFAF)™ where America supported dictators for the sake of stopping communism which later backfired.

Such as Iran, where America’s blind support of the Shah resulted in none other than Khomeini and the mullahs.

Will the TRAWM™ of the ROK Drop ever learn from previous BFAF™s I wonder.
