Chinese State Media Claims that Recent COVID Spread Because of Imported Korean Clothes
Here is a new propaganda angle Chinese state media is using to deflect blame for the recent COVID spread in China:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed regret over Chinese state-run media depicting clothes imported from Korea as the possible source of COVID-19 infections in China.

“China has recently stepped up quarantine measures not only on clothes they import from South Korea but also for almost all imported goods from other countries,” a ministry official told reporters, Thursday. “But some government offices or Chinese state-run media are failing to properly explain the whole context of the matter and, therefore, are making inappropriate and inconsiderate remarks, which is not desirable in terms of Korea-China relations.

And Japanese government claims foods from South Korea are dirty and are infected with COVID.

Anti-China, I can understand and accept, since China isn’t exactly your friendly neighbor.
However when it comes to Korea, the thing I don’t understand about GI Korea is his open support for questionable Korean right wing elements, who divulge in fake news and sensationalism.
He attacks the Korean left for corruption and for ignoring the security of the ROK, however looks the other way when the Korean right does the same thing.
It probably has to do with the notion that the Korean right will leave the USFK alone and won’t ask it to take its personnel and assets out of Korea, which GI Korea favors.
So, if GI Korea is willing to support and turn a blind eye towards an incompetent and corrupt right wing government so that the USFK will remain in Korea forever, then how is this different from other BFAFs™ in the history of American foreign policy?

@Korean Man, I did not realize that the ROK had an incompetent right wing government for the past 5 years. I thought Moon was a skilled politician that allowed blind adherence to ideology, especially from his lieutenants, prevent more pragmatic approaches to both domestic and foreign policy. If he was more pragmatic Moon could have gone down as a good President.
