I’ll need to read the full spiel for details, but I thought omicron was a far less harmful variant. Get it, experience mild cold symptoms, then benefit from natural immunity. No?

Chad is an idiot.

His first choice of topics to yap on is the vaccine.

The reason many North Koreans may die is not because they are lacking a failed vaccine that didn’t keep South Koreans from catching omicron and wouldn’t help them either.

It is because they are malnourished, filled with parasites, and in poor general health.

Chad does not have his priorities straight, doesn’t have a sense of perspective, and is clearly a bought government mouthpiece pushing clearly false propaganda for big business.

The legitimacy of his North Korea risk consulting business is probably about zero, as he is clearly looking out for his own woke cred or pharmaceutical profits over honest analysis of the situation in North Korea.

Any vaxtards out there want to make an argument that the vaccine which wasn’t Safe and Effective in South Korea (or anywhere else) will magically be Safe and Effective in North Korea?

No?

That’s right, bìtches. Keep walking.

The outbreak in North Korea must be serious.

They are on severe lockdown with curfews, travel restrictions, and limits on business.

I don’t often say something nice about North Korea but in this case, I really respect their foresight in managing this before it becomes a bigger problem.

What I can’t understand is how they saw this coming and started their management program in… uh… 1950.

GI: Your doctor friend is ignorant or a shill. Don’t be friends with the dumb or evil.

He echos the increasingly desperate official excuse for, “sure everyone vaccinated caught covid but that shows the vaccine is working”.

The truth is we have known omicron is less dangerous than delta since soon after it came out and we know exactly why. Delta exists deep in the lungs while omicron resides in the upper airways.

Every observation and statistic backs this up.

This is just another lie to promote the myth that “yeah i was sick but the vaccine kept me out of the hospital.”

Great. Then why did 100% of the unvaccinated people you know not go to the hospital either?

The reality is the vaccine might do something against the extinct alpha strain. But as anybody with a sliver of awareness just observed, pretty much everyone they know, vaccinated and unvaccinated, just had omicron. It was a cold for everyone in a healthy demographic and there was no difference in symptoms for the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

Your doctor friend is a liar and 5 minutes on the internet can demonstrate that no matter if you read the Government News Network or My Alien Baby Wears a Tinfoil Hat.

It is hard to say, the story keeps changing weekly. But we do know there is incentive to claim the vaccines are the reason omicron seems less severe. Not just a direct incentive, but an indirect one (everyone who received the shot would like to think it wasn’t for nothing). Last month omicron was less deadly. Now it’s just as deadly but thank goodness most people are vaccinated.
In the anecdotal world (I look at real world observations when what I read doesn’t fit what I see, and time and again my real world observations usually hold up over the years) it doesn’t look to me like vaccination made omicron symptoms any better. I have my own family to go by.

It’s worth mentioning again that the normal progression of viral infections is for the virus to mutate to steadily less-deadly forms as regards the host.

So, of course Omicron is less deadly than original or Delta. It’s because a virus that kills off its hosts also dies.

We are unfortunately aurrounded by government agencies full of quacks and charlatans and fellow-travelers more gullible than the poor-benighted dim bulbs who keep voting for Democrat and Republican incumbents expecting the result to change…

Wait. That’s exactly who we are surrounded by.

Let’s see what the white supremacists over at the far-right Mayo Clinic whacko website have to say.

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/symptoms-causes/syc-20479963

“When a virus has one or more new mutations it’s called a variant of the original virus. Currently, the CDC has identified two variants of the virus that causes COVID-19 as variants of concern. These include the delta (B.1.617.2) variant and the omicron (B.1.1.529) variant. The delta variant is more contagious than earlier variants and might cause more severe disease. The omicron variant spreads more easily than other variants, including delta. But omicron appears to cause less severe disease. Omicron has a few major offshoots (sublineages), including BA.1, BA.2 and BA.3.”

There is a bit of fake alarm being tested out in lamestream media and echoed by GI’s quack doctor friend, but it is well established medically and statistically that omicron is less dangerous to the unvaccinated and naturally immune…

…but… upon consideration…

…the quack doctor might be right in a broken clock kind of way.

The vaccine offered some protection against alpha and a bit of protection from delta… in exchange for unknown long-term side effects that are just starting to reveal themselves.

The vaccine seems to offer near-zero protection against omicron… maybe I am wrong? I am thinking 100% of the vaccinated people I know caught it in the first 4 months of 2022. Anybody else want to share their observation?

So the reasoning might be the strain you will catch is more deadly than the strain you might catch when you fluff all the numbers or something.

Who knows.

One thing we do know.

The experts, the media, the medical establishment, the scientists, the pharmaceutical companies, and the politicians have lied over and over and over in a narrative that has reversed its opinions, not predicted the future, made promises that were not kept, and made statements that cannot be true.

Anybody still sucking this dìck need to quickly get another booster.

Ahhhhh…

So I reread what it said and… and… and…

It does say “original COVID” and…

…I have no excuse.

Sorry sorry sorry (insert 90 degree bow).

Ah yes.

The Setnaffarismâ„¢ after grasping for the Meaning of their Existence after Covid-19 became a back burner has found new meaning in the explosion of cases in North Korea.

Expect more fake news and misinformation in addition to efforts to supress the truth.

And the kitchen sink throwing when confronted with the undeniable truth.

Good thing the pharmaceutical companies couldn’t wait to release their studies showing no side effects and 100% protection, while none of the vaccinated caught omicron, or it would have encouraged more conspiracy theory that the vaccine is not Safe and Effective.

Stay away from those conspiracy sites like CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, and others that report the opposite.
