This is funny as some in the media are calling Kazakhstan a terrible place and others are saying it can serve as a role-model for the Norks.

I’m always happy to see shiny happy people.

BTW, what part, if any, did Kazakhstan play in the Korean War? I know life was rough for Koreans in the old USSR.
