South Korea is advancing the frontiers of science and improving its infrastructure.

Sounds like people with a firm grip on the right path forward.

The Norks and CCP are starving people and sending billions of dollars of missiles into the sea.

Sounds like people losing their grip on reality.

Meanwhile, our local trolls/bronies are busy trying to disrespect the will of the people (who elected Yoon) and the stark differences between these three East Asian nations.

If they’re incapable of seeing clearly, perhaps removing their head from Karl Marx’s dead tailpipe would help.

No country is perfect because no human is perfect.

Even Winnie the Eleventh (XI).

Have a blessed week.

And may South Korea continue on the road to success.

Meanwhile, our local trolls/bronies are busy trying to disrespect the will of the people (who elected Yoon)

That is rich coming from a person who disavowed the rightly elected Biden as his President, even though the will of the people elected Biden as the President of the United States.

Let’s do the math,

Out of around 42 million eligible Korean voters around 33 million showed up at the polls and voted.

Around half voted for Lee while the other half voted for Yoon, with Yoon getting around 250,000 more votes.

That 250,000 more votes are more or less attributed to voters in Gangnam who voted for Yoon hoping he would reduce real estate taxes and other things that would enable them to profit from their real estate holdings.

From the looks of it, it looks like they pretty much got what they wanted, and maybe the only group to have benefited so far from Yoon being elected.

But anyways.

If you look at it Yoon has a mandate from about 38% of the eligible voters and about 30% of the population.

Which means about 62% of the eligible voters do not like him or care much about him.

And if you look at the recent poll numbers that number is going up, which means people who voted for Yoon are maybe regreting voting for him.

For that, it’s on them because they didn’t give much thought and probably voted because they were angry at Moon.

Which brings us to the main question.

Considering most of the population did not vote for and do not like Yoon, how can KP and KM taking potshots at Yoon, be “disrespecting the will of the Korean people”?

Meanwhile, TOK disses a winner and ignores the real progress South Korea is making that outpaces all other East Asian nations.

What a loser. And hard to believe he’s an actual Korean.

In the meantime, setnaffa disses the winner of the US Presidential elections and ignores the progress that Biden has made so far.

What a loser. And it’s hard to believe he’s an actual American.

Maybe he’s Russian as KP endlessly claims in his comments.

I wasn’t really following the discussion.

TOK, what progress of Biden’s were you speaking of exactly?

SETNAFFA

The one who says is not racist but is as deeply racist as the Deep South.

This setnaffa thinks that all Koreans are obedient right wingers that believe in right wing ideals and are obedient to their leaders.

If a Korean does not believe in right wing ideals and is critical of their leader’s foulups then they are ‘Chinese’.

Of course I think if Koreans criticize a left wing administration, setnaffa might say that this is appropriate behavior of a Korean.

This only means that setnaffa is prejudicial, condescending and paints with a broad brush when it comes to Koreans.

The mark of a true racist White Southerner.

If he truly loves Koreans as he claims which IMO is bullshit, then he should appreciate the various opinions that Koreans have and would like most Koreans be appalled at Yoon’s incompetence and mishandling.

But then in addition to his prejudicial and condescending ways, setnaffa is more concerned about keeping USFK in Korea forever and seeing the joint exercises kick off in Korea gives him a boner.

Which means that the well being of the Korean people is not in his interest, because his boner he gets from the joint exercises is much more important and beneficial to thim than the well being of people who have different skin color and are to him are beneath him.

Joint exercises? Is that to burn off the extra calories from the munchies?

It’s been a long time since I hung out with pot smokers, so that’s as serious a question as the comments deserve.

“I wasn’t really following the discussion.

The lack of a quick answer telling me how silly I am for not noticing all of President Biden’s progress at making America prosperous, or whatever, is making me even more curious.

Anybody want to take a shot at explaining what improvements the Biden administration has made for America.

…or am I mistaken in thinking progress is a synonym for improvement?

Chicken Head

You do know that you aren’t exactly the type of person one would invest time in to have a serious discussion.

“Chicken Head

You are probably right. There can be no serious discussion about Biden’s “progress”… though that probably isn’t just with me.

I also notice when someone can’t back their opinion with facts and analysis, and instead responds with (unclever) insults, they are not to be taken seriously… just another clown spouting off another empty clownish opinion that means nothing… and is probably why their life is lacking both joy and money.

Would you like to try again?

Perhaps I am missing something.

Kindly explain what “progress” can be attributed to Biden?

Certainly that cannot be hard to do… with all the… you know… progress… going on.
