Not to blame the victims; but the lesson to learn here is three-fold:
1. When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
2. Large crowds are vicious, unthinking, ravenous creatures even when the individuals are among the most gentle and good-natured people in the world.
3. Always have another way out.
For example in 1974, on a high school field trip to San Francisco, CA, four of my friends and I were almost trapped between an angry mob of AFL/CIO union folks on the left and an angry mob of Cesar Chavez’s United Farm Workers on the right.
Not wanting to make the evening news, we quickly looked around and ran into a Woolworth’s Department Store and watched as the two crowds connected and fought with knives, fists, clubs, and even a gun.
It was the sound of the single shot that caused both gangs to evaporate, leaving only those too badly wounded to escape.
Like I said, always have another way out. Life is full of unpleasant surprises. Be ready. If that store wasn’t there, it could have been a much less enjoyable afternoon.

Ah yes.
Now setnaffa makes up stories to spread his anti-labor union message.
It is shameful that setnaffa as before is using a tragedy to spread his political view while pretending to be sympathetic to the victims and their families.
Of course that fake sympathy does not hide his true motives and that he has no sympathy and does not give a thought to the victims and their families.
Shame on setnaffa.

You seem to be ignoring the ground rule set by your sock puppet mate, the Scotsman Mcgeehee.
Specifically the one about ignoring me and KM,
Why is that?
Maybe because we are suceeding in countering setnaffa and thus cannot afford to ignore us

Those were Setnaffa’s suggestions, not mine.
I find you delightful until you are not. Then I will recommend the same thing. Then you will go away like so many before you.
We have been through this before. We will manage your case based on amusement and boredom rather than trial and error.
Bonus Thought: You haven’t successfully countered anyone. Your response has actually been rather irrational. We are probably going to be disappointed looking for useful patterns in irrational noise.
On the other hand, certain theories of the universe indicate that Me, Setnaffa, Liz, and the Scottsman are, in fact, different facets of the same universal consciousness.
So I am going to keep you around a bit longer just in case there is deep wisdom hidden behind the facade of a bitter little faggot.

I ain’t going away until the ROK Drop is liberated from the whining, vaccine jealous conspiracy theorists 😀
And how can you “keep” me when you don’t “own” me?

“and then goes on to blame the victims.”
Let’s make it easy for you.
I am blaming the victims.
To be clear, it was an accident nobody expected, and most of victims were too inexperienced to recognize the danger, make a plan, and act…
…so my blame is not a happy got-what-you-deserve blame.
It is a relative blame… where out of all the people who could be blamed, they have the most responsibility… like the guy walking through the field during a thunderstorm or standing to close to the cliff… but not as much blame as the guy riding the black bike across the street in black clothes at night (almost killed one of those a few nights ago).
Sure, in hindsight, after two years of worthless lockdowns, everyone understands too many people might show up in Itaewon where the REAL party is going to be.
(Technically, should we include these as covid deaths?)
the police should have… the government should have… the business owners should have…
…but no.
The people who showed up and found an unmanageable crowd should have.
But I have sympathy… because in my 20s, I can think of two times where all the danger signs were there but I was too focused to recognize them… not much different than what happened in Itaewon.
In reality, this was an accident that even those who recognized the possibility didn’t see the probability.
If there is one time where an event should be used as a “teaching moment”, this is it.
Instead, it will be used for political manipulation.

CH, you and I both, by the grace of God, survived our 20s and 30s.
I pity the narcissistic cry-bullies experiencing that now. They don’t have anyone nearby to pull their feces from the incinerator.
Even Winnie the Pooh isn’t fun anymore.
CH, you and I both, by the grace of God, survived our 20s and 30s.
Of course.
You and CH are one and the same.
“You and CH are one and the same.”
I don’t know about that.
Setnaffa has an admirable amount of Christian tolerance while I have a mean streak…
…though I would like to think it is targeted exactly where it needs to be.
Also, I heard his dick is 6 inches longer than mine but that that might just be sorority gossip.
CH, that was on my younger days. Now it’s only 5.
Don’t blame yourself.
I have been tugging on mine enough I expect I got an extra inch out of it by now.
Well, you have had a lot of help from the chibot fluffers, too.
Understandable that they flock to you since Xi has no more Zemin.
