Please forgive me for being a Boomer; but that is far too casual a look for a senior diplomat entering a foreign country.
It seems the USA is led by the same ill-mannered oafs that run the CCP.
South Korea, I am in no position to offer an “official apology” for that person; but I am sorry we couldn’t find someone who could show you more respect.
