An emergency exit of an Asiana Airlines plane carrying 194 people opened right before landing at Daegu International Airport on Friday, causing breathing difficulties in nine passengers, but the plane landed safely, officials said.

Police detained a 33-year-old man on suspicion of pulling the door lever to open it.

Hey, now Russia is sending tactical nukes to Belarus.
Anyone remember 3 short years ago there were no foreign policy questions in the presidential debate because everything was going so well no one could think of any?
Now tactical nukes are going to Belarus. And the legitimate foreign policy concern questions could pave a road all the way to the andromeda galaxy and back.

, China is backing Russia and paying Sniffy McPuddingpants to send our spares to Ukraine so we can’t defend Taiwan.

And this was pretty obvious to everyone not committed to staying on the CCP’s payroll and/or AnyoneButTrump. Which were much the same thing.

Now, I think we all just need to “lay back and think of England.” Because we’ve either got to do something now, or just dream of what we were, as England does now.

The EU has brought in a Digital Services Act – a law which obliges firms to do more to tackle illegal online content.

From 25 August, platforms with more than 45 million monthly active users in the EU – which includes Twitter – will have to comply legally with the rules under the DSA.

The law will mean Twitter will have to have a mechanism for users to flag illegal content, act upon notifications “expeditiously” and put in measures to address the spread of disinformation.

On Friday, AFP news agency quoted a European Commission official as saying: “If (Elon Musk) doesn’t take the code seriously, then it’s better that he quits.”

“address the spread of disinformation.”

Since so many things that were “disinformation” in 2020 are accepted fact in 2023, it will be interesting to see what is considered disinformation.

Whatever facts that don’t support the ever-evolving natrative will be considered disinformation. And that will evolve at the Speed of Science.

This makes sense.

What doesn’t make sense is that people buy into it.

People called me racist for suggesting that it was worth puttling a bit of thought into the fact that of all the wet markets in China, human-infecting covid popped up at the closest one to a lab that published papers on making human-infecting covid.

Now, with a completely straight face, they say they knew it came from a lab all along.

But they are not yet willing to admit the vaccine was ineffective… even when catching covid twice.

“It would have been worse if I hadn’t been vaccinated.”

Then they refuse to engage in further conversation.

People will argue gun control, abortion, global warming, gay marriage, and even child trannies… but they won’t talk about the vaccine… as there is absolutely nothing they can say… and it is so obvious they can’t even lie to themselves. Better to shut down to protect self-destruction of their cognative framework.

Watching them die a little bit inside is glorious.

Keeping an eye on excess death statistics indicates some of them will die on the outside, too.

That will also be glorious.

Last week, a peer-reviewed article titled “Estimation of Excess Mortality in Germany During 2020-2022 was published in the journal Cureus.

One amazing fact: there were no excess deaths in 2020, the year of COVID. But in 2021 and ’22, there were >100,000 excess deaths [attributed to the vaccine].

The study also points out the vaccine was advertised to stop COVID hospitalizations and death. It didn’t. Instead, it CAUSED turbo cancers and death.

I realize this is nothing new to (most) fellow droppers; just add this to the growing list of peer-reviewed studies proving we were right all along.

Bonus: At it’s delta peak, covid was only killing the old and sick. Despite this not really being hidden, it doesn’t seem to be embedded in the global consciousness, as it was overpowered by the repeated message of covid danger.

The excess deaths now are not hitting the old and sick. Healthy, young people are dying.

Scientists are baffled.

Again, it’s important ro point out the EU can’t find their collectivist arses with both hands while sitting on them.

Musk could simply say, “Sure! If you mark something as illegal, we will block all EU countries from seeing that; but you do not get veto power over people outside your jurisdiction.”

He’s canny enough to take care of himself. And the EU are the folks who let themselves be invaded by folks with different cultures, attitudes toward raape, and decided, for the most part, to pay the invaders free room and board.

We hear constantly that we live in a rules based international order. If so, based on the supposed rules Russia has a just casus belli. Unfortunately, pointing this out using examples from the last 20 years quickly gets one accused of whataboutism and being pro Russian. Never mind the fact that many of the people calling out America’s mishandling of the situation spent the better parts of their lives trying to destroy the Soviet Union and later undermining and attacking Russian influence. Even the realist school of IR which always considered RBIO bullshit say Russia has a damn good case.

These people are not pro-Russian, they are merely not rabidly anti-Russian. I’ve had the distinct displeasure of talking with young establishment types (State among others) who have no ability to perform basic cost benefit analysis. Many of them are monstrously genocidal with zero self awareness which isn’t even my main issue with them. Being like that towards a nuclear power that also has more warheads then us… fucking hell, it’s like they completely ignored or do not understood basic survival instincts.

I’m very pessimistic about long term prospects of American diplomacy. State Department should be shut down, all personnel fired, all assets and duties transferred to DoD. For of the problems internal to DoD, they’re at least aware fucking up can get them killed.

South Korea criticized for “colorism” for using a half-Korean-white Australian (Danielle, from Kpop girl group New Jeans) to dub the Korean version of Disney’s Little Mermaid.

“South Korea criticized for “colorism””

Protip: The less you worry about what people of color think, the more successful you will be. Look for successful cultures and try to copy what makes them successful. Generally speaking, there is nothing really to learn from people blaming their failures on the colorism of others.

Bonus: I just saw a clip of the new little mermaid. There was some CG seagull with a black lesbian accent barking out something that was neither singing nor rap to a CG crab that had the appearance and personality of… well… a cooked crab.

Maybe this was some kind of redubbed parody or cherrypicked as the one incidence of suck… but… it… was… horrifyingly bad.

If that was representative, it will likely flop and everyone will yell “colorism!”

Although I though Frozen was about the worst story ever… but apparently a lot of fat, bossy little American girls resonated with the Let it Go message that encouraged them to get mad, turn their backs, slam the door, and not listen to anyone else because they don’t have to follow rules.

That was a solid mix of quote and paraphrase.

I support that message because socially unadapted girls are usually easy, being they are mostly poor and vulnerable. Every society needs to keep a large underclass of them to reward those who study and are generally cooperative.

Anyway…

Korea should not give in to this manipulative behavior. Korea should probably just ignore it.

Buuuut… it is so tempting to meet it head on and just translate The Little Mermaid as 다 리틀 시몽키 on movie posters. You cannot give in to these people or you will always be expected to give in to these people.

It has passed the point of good manners. Now you just have to ridicule them so they will go pick on someone else.

Chickenhead, I don’t care about this thing. It’s an American issue/debate/argument/conflict/racism. But I just thought it was interesting to see how an American issue is projected beyond into Korean entertainment that was mostly targeting Korean audiences.

The South Korean government will not allow the South Korean chip makers to capitalize on China’s Micron Technology ban.

https://www.scmp.com/news/asia/east-asia/article/3222075/south-korea-avoid-us-china-rivalry-will-not-capitalise-beijings-chip-maker-ban

This Yoon Government once again, chose the US, over the welfare of the South Korean people. Without Korean chip makers bringing in profits for Korea, there will be no taxes paid to the national coffers by the chip companies who are bleeding money due to their multi-billion gifts to the United States followed by virtual economic sanctions started against South Korea by the US. Without tax revenues, the first thing the Yoon government will cut will be social welfare services followed by infrastructure services.

The US just keeps on taking and taking, thanks to Yoon. Even Korea is funding the US war efforts in Ukraine, with fresh shipments of military weapons and ammo after the US and South Korea reached a secret deal, according to the Wall Street Journal. At this point, will there be any reciprocity from the US for all the things South Korea has done for the US economy, military, and US hegemony? Or is the US going to continue to treat South Korea as its vassal state to be taken advantage of, using a clown like Yoon?

Korea Man, here are some thoughts.

It is unclear to me what damage Yoon is doing to Korea. This is my fault, as I have not looked into it enough to form an opinion. You are my only data source, and I don’t really trust you.

I do have an opinion on Globalist Moon, however. He played along with the globalist/corporatist covid restrictions that targeted small business but enriched big business. He laid the groundwork for the inflation that is finishing off much of small business. It is unfortunate that so many Koreans don’t fully see what happened.

Whatever the case, Korea needs to get smart or with the same tactics Moon used to destroy small Korean business, the globalists and their bought politicians will use to destroy big Korean business.

It appears the decision has been made by the globalists/corporatists to move a lot of industry out of high-risk places like Asia and Europe… and into low-risk places in America.

This isn’t to benefit America or Americans. This is to protect their interests from the disruption they believe is coming.

And don’t cry in your kimchee too much.

Korea is profiting from the war in Ukraine.

Korea is giving nothing to America. America is renting from Korea so America’s stocks can be given to Ukraine. The American taxpayer gets it twice while Korea makes a profit. It also skirts Korea’s “Oh, no, we would never deliver weapons to any nation at war” policy.

Did I mention how much non-weapon stuff Korea is selling to Ukraine? In exchange for American tax money?

You are welcome.

I found it quite amusing that the bomb threats against Target are from an alphabet person upset because Target agreed to pull some of the literally satanic merchandise.

Not Christians, rednecks, right-wingers, or even MAGA Hat sales grannies.

The violence is all from the left. All of it. That’s how they roll.

ChickenHead
ChickenHead

While there are criminals marginally siding with the left, but with no real politics… and there are lone nutjobs identifying with both sides of the political spectrum, or irrational enough that both sides can try to shoehorn them into the other…

…notice that all organized violence is from the left.

Also, notice the government, through both politics and law enforcement, perpetuates rather than inhibits this violence. The media keeps it going. Corporations quietly accept their occasional victim-hood for reasons that are not entirely clear, but appear to be acquiescence to a long-term societal plan they can do nothing about. Instead of fighting the situation or becoming vocal, they are doing what good people are doing… keeping their head down to not be noticed and quietly exiting the places most prone to state-encouraged criminality and violence.

Nobody involved is stupid. Everybody involved is part of a deliberate program to do this. History, especially communist history, clearly shows what is happening.

The people destroying society to rebuild it are not communists at all (at least for themselves) but they know how to apply the successful communist playbook.

When this is all over, and goals are achieved which are very different than they think they are fighting for, the violent left will be purged. Few things are more dangerous to a successful revolution than revolutionaries. That will be satisfying.

If you prepare your place in what is coming, a situation you cannot fight but you can manage, it won’t be terrible. If you go in without preparation, you will be a victim, like most of society. If you try to fight it, either on the right as a defender of freedom or on the left when you realize the outcome is the opposite as you intended, you will be ended.

Now that you have gazed into the crystal ball and seen the future, let’s see what you do with that knowledge.

I also have a crystal ball and can see that most of you will do nothing beyond being a victim when the time comes. By the time the situation outweighs your natural apathy, short-term gratification/thinking, and normalcy bias (look that up), it will be too late.

I just watched normal people self-destruct during covid and take their businesses and kids with them.

Zero faith in mankind.

I’ve read The Book. Jesus wins. His family wins. The other side gets to swim in a fire for eternity.

I’m not worried.

All our earthsuits have an expiration date unknown to us. How we live and how we die are important; but less than our relationship with the Creator. Make sure you’re ready.

Having 25 years of rice and powdered eggs stored up won’t help if Jesus comes back this week. Same with guns, ammo, etc.

Make sure you’re ready.

ChickenHead

Setnaffa, as I understand Revelations, the conditions for the end of times have not been met… and can not be met with our current political, socioeconomic, and technological systems.

(Everyone is welcome to build a case otherwise.)

With that in mind, the current situation appears to be general tyranny rather than groundwork for the return of Jesus.

Historically, there has been a great deal of general tyranny and not many sightings of the Son of God, so I am adding statistics to my evidence, though a case can be made that past performance is not indicative of future resurrections.

None-the-less, managing general tyranny and the End of Times requires two different strategies. While getting cozy with your personal savior is a good idea if Gabriel is looking for his trumpet, general tyranny is better managed with powdered eggs and black rifles.

The roll of martyr is best filled by a martyr.

Perhaps the best strategy is to do both.

But don’t kid yourself. Statistically, we are likely dealing with shytbags rather than devils…

…and we shouldn’t skimp on preparing for the interactions.

Two years ago, this wouldn’t have been funny. But it’s freaking hilarious now (in a sad way, if that’s possible).

Below YouTube is a montage of vax-tards scolding the SHYT out of the unvaccinated.

Some scolds in this video surprise me. I thought they made a life based on their non-conformity, resistance, and stick-it-to-the-man mentality:

Gene Simmons
Howard Stern
Sean Penn
Ben Shapiro
Piers Morgan
Geraldo Rivera
Alan Dershowitz (wasn’t he like an ACLU founder?)

Definitely worth the 11 minutes.

CH, only God knows when. Jesus said so. But from what I’ve read, it’s better for those who are ready.

You wrote of being prepared. And prepping for physical needs is realistic; but don’t forget the spiritual.

In partnership and collaboration with Poland, South Korea’s defense industry with the help of robots, is taking over Europe.

“They put things together in weeks or months that would take us years,” a European defence industry executive said, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

“…South Korea’s defense industry with the help of robots, is taking over Europe.”

The key concept here is “robots”.

KOREA DOES NOT NEED MORE BABIES.

Korea needs better babies.

Narrator: This good advice applied in much of the world for most of history but it was exceptionally good advice for countries entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution via the Great Reset on the way to the Technological Singularity. Nations which expected more babies to bring more prosperity were hungrily disappointed.
