“Soil quality renewed for next year’s bountiful harvest,” is what I see.
In celebration, they should raise the chocolate ration from thirty grams a week to twenty.
Don’t worry, CH. The monthly allotment of Choco-pies from each household for Kim Jong Un will not be affected.
Although I am unsure where they get the cream filling the current Dear Leader is said to savor.
