Jeong had composed the military anthem for the People’s Liberation Army of China and a marching song for the North Korean People’s Army. Born in Gwangju, Jeong was naturalized in China in 1956. Sure, this guy supported those who tried to destroy South Korea. And, yes, he fully joined them just a few years after they almost succeeded. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t need a taxpayer-funded park in his name to recognize his contributions to those seeking to enslave South Koreans. So build the park. Now, to satisfy the right, make it 25 square meters of poorly-laid concrete surrounded by elecrified barbed wire. Once a month, everyone who pushed to have this park built needs to form a slow-moving line. After a few hours, when they get to the head of the line, they are told there is no bread.
