Well, it seems that Trump intends to make a deal with Kim Jongeun if he becomes President again.
Donald Trump is considering a plan to let North Korea keep its nuclear weapons and offer its regime financial incentives to stop making new bombs, according to three people briefed on his thinking.
The irony of this situation is that under Biden there were no deals with North Korea and there were plenty of joint ROK-US military exercises for the viewing pleasure of @GIKorea and the Setnaffarians.
If Trump becomes President, there will be a deal where North Korea keeps its nukes while getting cash and lifting of sanctions, which GIKorea and the Setnaffarians are opposed to.
That is in addition to the reduction of USFK and the joint military exercises which will certainly make a bad day worse for GI Korea and the Setnaffarians.
Not only that Yoon will become a laughingstock and be left out of any dealings between Trump and Kim, which will certainly be a loss for S. Korea since South Korean companies won’t be able to participate in any business dealings with a newly opened North Korea.
Certainly shows that GIKorea, the Setnaffarians and their beloved Yoon are dumb and short-sighted.
Maybe setnaffa, CH, and the other Setnaffarians should vote for Biden and hope he gets elected. 😀

Chinabot, really do pray that you will repent and be saved. Hell is a real place; and you need not go if instead you ask the Lord to save you (Romans 3:23, 5:8, 6:23, 8:1, 10:9-10, 10:13).

Well at least Trump realizes the reality. Whether the world allows NK to keep their nukes or not, it doesn’t matter. North Korea will keep their nuke programs, nobody is going to change that. That’s the reality. It is how we deal with that reality that matters the most. Trump will negotiate with North Korea, as well as China, to get more US economic benefits. This is not necessarily bad in my opinion, to sign the peace treaty, and finally lift sanctions on North Korea. The peace dividend will benefit everyone.
Then people will raise questions about worsening geographic conditions with South Korea’s enemies now given wider birth after Trump gets elected. But I have a different view on this.
It is up to South Korea to fight for its interests instead of depending on the US. That means SK gaining control of its military and stopping overestimating US promises of a nuclear defense shield which is non-existent in reality. The US has a very poor track record. Just look at how the US made promises to Ukraine convincing them to de-nuclearize after the Cold War, in return for protection. We all know what happened after Ukraine gave into US pressures. Ukraine today would not be in the position that they are in today if it had kept its nuclear weapons. Now after 2 years of conflict, Ukraine is being dropped and kicked aside by the US, as there is no more financial and military support coming from the US. Ukraine is now doomed because it can’t defend itself. Let this be a lesson to South Korea and others who are not Israel.
The US is in no shape and neither does it have the morals nor the will to intervene in foreign military conflicts unless foreign conflicts directly affect its energy needs. It is up to each country to defend themselves – something that dumb Yoon thing and its rightwing cronies have yet to realize. These stupid idiots think the US support will be there forever. This is what endangers South Korea the most – the incompetence from within.

A British woman is in hospital after a Korean stalker set fire to her.
Terrible thing to do to a woman, I hope the perp gets punished hard. One thing I noticed though with the comments pointing to the weak Korean justice system.
Then I have a question about this. With such a horrible justice system, how has South Korea kept its streets safe for walking alone at night without getting robbed or hassled by drugged-out homeless panhandlers? With a horrible justice system, why are there so many retail businesses with no human clerks that are thriving? With such a horrible justice system that sucks, shouldn’t South Korea be flooded with criminals and repeat criminals who would clean out those clerk-less stores?
After all, with such a horrible justice system, shouldn’t South Korea be a crime capital of the world? Yet, South Korea is where people respect other people’s properties – they don’t destroy, vandalize, or steal them. There aren’t mass shootings of murderers in the news every day like in some countries with such supposed superior justice systems.
After all, with strong Western justice systems and a terrible South Korean justice system, shouldn’t crime be the highest in South Korea? But it’s the opposite. Why is that? Could it be that the strictness of the justice system has no bearing on lowering crime rates, but to a certain extent, contributes to higher crime rates?

Only 1 in 4 of Korean women in their 20s say they want to marry.
OK. Fair enough. But the number of Korean men in their 20s who want to marry is equally low. So this is a colossal cultural shift.
The article seems to be trying to subtly convince the readers that Korean women don’t want to marry Korean men anymore and that Korean men are now doomed. Even if that’s true (which is not), Korean men have far more options these days, as a flood of foreign women not just from Japan or the rest of Asia, but also foreign women from everywhere from Latin America, to Europe, to North America, and even Middle East are crooning for young Korean men. If Korean men in their 20s want to marry, they don’t have to do too much to find women from foreign countries. The pool of women to draw from to court, date, and marry is 200 times bigger.

No worries, that won’t happen. Stock market at record highs, inflation coming down, unemployment down, gas prices down, consumers spending that money, and then, the (sane) majority of voters realize that while Biden is old and not the perfect choice, he’s done good and that voting for deranged criminal Trump would be a disaster for the US.

Also tautology alert. Deranged is a synonym for trumpish. Criminal is a synonym for trumpish.

Stephen, do you shop at the grocery store?
I’m sure the commissary is still relatively cheap, but out in the economy it is still crushingly expensive to buy pretty much anything.
Yeah, gas is down some at the moment. For the last 2 years it has been almost twice what it was 3 years ago. Food on the grocery shelves has doubled in 2 years. We’ve stopped going to restaurants for the most part (more than doubled, in some cases…because the businesses must pay double the food bill plus higher rent and much higher salaries all before attempting to get any profit).
Last month’s heat bill (natural gas) was twice the year before. Almost identical fuel usage when I compared last year’s numbers.
People have short term memories, but not that short term. They can remember food has doubled in a couple of years even if it goes down 10 percent in a couple of months (which I haven’t noticed).

I think at the end of the day too many people view Trump the way I see Hillary (and the Clinton crime family in general).
I wouldn’t vote for Hillary under any circumstances.
(the difference is I can cite a very long list of concrete reasons, not hoax based ones…but at the end of the day it doesn’t matter the motivation the nation is filled with people who will never ever support Trump)

Hi Liz, no I do not shop at the commissary. Please to be noting that the first comment under the Stephen moniker is an impostor.
It was an OK impersonation, good use of Jongeun for Jong-un but as every fule no, the correct romanization of 김정은 is Kim Jong-eun.
The style is also too didactic for me. I also don’t believe it is the work of CH, Tech Sergeant Naffa, KP or KA. It seems to be the work of some random interloper, who has timezoned out, thus likely to be rolling down the River of Han.
Gas prices are high mainly due to the Ukraine War. Gas prices are cheap in China, however, due to Putin sucking up to Xi Dada.
