Seems like a lot of hassle when weapons can be put on a train in Pyongyang and go all the way to Moscow without troubling Chinese port workers or American satallite photo geeks.
But maybe the ship is dangerously full of Iraqi yellowcake uranium, intermediate animal hosts for covid, or all the sea level rise that was supposed to eradicate entire nations 10 years ago.
