Transgender Person in Korea Wins Small Settlement from Police Over Restroom Advice
I have always thought this whole transgender restroom issue is quite easy to resolve, have you had your junk chopped off or not? If so you can use the female restroom, if not use the male restroom:
A court has ruled that police advising an LGBTQ+ individual, who was undergoing the process of gender correction and changing their resident registration number, to avoid using public restrooms for a period constitutes an infringement of personal rights.
The court’s decision highlights the illegality of such remarks, noting that they fail to consider the reality faced by LGBTQ+ individuals who often struggle with using public restrooms due to societal scrutiny.
The Seoul Central District Court (presiding judge Chung In-jae) dismissed an appeal and ruled partially in favor of plaintiff A in a damages lawsuit against the state.
Neither party appealed the decision, making it final on July 2. The court awarded 300,000 won ($240) in damages, recognizing a portion of the 3 million won claim.

The issue with your “junk chop” method is that you’re trying to apply some sort of tangible logic to Trans 2.0 to bring some level of reason. Trans 2.0 is not about logic, reason, or tangibility; it’s about lies, feelings, and a desire to be special.
Trans 1.0 was pretty much reasonable; you might not be into it, but the members could justify their claims easily through their actions:
L: I’m a girl who gets with girls.
G: I’m a guy who gets with guys.
B: We get with everyone.
T: We’re mostly people who like to express ourselves as the other side via appearance. A few of us go all the way and get surgery to be able to do this full time.
Trans 2.0 is such a deceitful mess it’s impossible to maintain a list and they wouldn’t like it if you could. The so-called ideals of Trans 2.0 aren’t rooted in anything historical and are purposefully vague and fluid to allow liars to keep shifting as required to remain special.
This is why it’s so common to see “Trans” people who are putting little to no effort into what they’re claiming; or making claims that are intentionally baffling so they don’t need to defend them.
Liar: “I’m a fluid-trans-inter-pan, my pronouns Blim/Bler.”
Person: “Umm, that doesn’t seem to make sense and you look like a standard regular person, can you explain?”
Liar: “STFU Transphobe!”
How did this come to be? Easy, it’s what happens when you allow children unrestricted access to social media. Children, not adults made this up because that’s what children do. I lied when I was real little and said I was born in AU. Why? How TF do I know, it was like 40 years ago but I’m sure it was because I wanted to feel special. It was a dumb lie that didn’t last long but had no ability to spread because it was limited to my small circle of friends.
Get children off social media, throw Trans 2.0 in the garbage where it belongs. It’s a part of the greater Dogmacrat ideology that loves to s**t on language as the first move in spreading their poison.
False, this entire foray into sexual dysfunction was by explicit design. They are actively indoctrinated and enabled by adults. Groomed one might say. Children don’t just wander into drag queen bars or obscene gay parades. They are brought there by parents and, increasingly by, agents of the regime.
Nor do children all of a sudden intellectualize there being
LGB…LGBT…LGBTQ…LGBTQQ…LGBTQI…LGBTQIA…LGBTQIA+… no wait, I finally got it, LGBTTIQQ2SA identities. Nor do children all of a sudden find themselves capable of buying puberty blockers and consenting to various other means of sexual mutilation. The vast majority of this has been top down from all major institutions be it the public schools, academia, state and local government, the courts, federal government, hospitals, and yes even the military.The left wants you humiliated and murdered, your sons castrated and trans, and your daughters raped and whored. After all, how else will they meet those net zero carbon goals?
@Smokes, I really can’t disagree with much of what you have said. I think the backlash is beginning because as usual the far left overreaches. People generally do not want men with mental issues showering with their daughters in locker rooms. People in general do not like to see men competing in women’s athletics and taking opportunities from them as well. I think people at first did not want to be called a phobe, but as the overreach becomes more prevalent it seems more people are speaking out encouraged by people like J.K. Rowling.
