It was a Kia that started a fire at a North Chattanooga apartment building last month, according to the Chattanooga Fire Department.
Seven people had to be rescued from the fire at the Frazier Avenue building, and five were taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation, according to the department.
An investigation found the fire started from an electric vehicle parked in the building’s garage, the department said last week.
Folks should take this into account when they rent, lease, or purchase a place to live. Not so much the Kia thing, but EVs of all brands are very dangerous.
And currently, most of the materials for the batteries are from China. Who probably still knows how to make firebombs.

Score! American air defense for the win!
Target destroyed!
…wait… something coming in over the wire…
Oh.
It was an F-18.
America shot down it’s own F-18.
Good job, America.
…wait… something more coming in over the wire…
Oh.
Somebody had to make a tough decision.
Credit Yemen for the win or get ahead of the story and claim friendly fire.
I bet they are thinking it was the wrong week to quit huffing jet fuel.

US sailors spending too much time at drag shows and not enough time training on their combat systems. Another DEI victim to be sure.

I wonder how the Setnaffarians would react if Elon Musk were to overthrow their Messiah, Trump, and claim the US presidency for himself.

That is certainly a legitimate concern.
As for myself, my biggest question is how people would react if the Hulk beat Jesus in a fair fight.
On a more personal level, would you rather have a finger for your dÃck or dÃcks for all your fingers?

South Korea decides to accept 207,000 nonprofessional foreign workers in 2025
This is bad news because Chickenhead and Flyingsword are given extensions to their work visas to pick cabbages.

LOL Korean Man!
Considering that those two will get screwed by Trump, maybe they won’t mind staying in Korea and enjoying the several benefits such as proper and affordable healthcare that has been made possible by liberal governments.

It is good my cabbage-picking visa will get extened. I was worried I’d have to retrain for radishes.
As for Korea’s excellent healthcare system, this can be credited to conservative and liberal politicians working together to look out for Korea.
This started back when everybody was anti-communist but knew where to apply the right amount of socialism to accomplish things individuals couldn’t do and capitolism couldn’t afford.
The divide now is more nationalist vs globalists. Conservatives lean toward nationalism while the promise of globalism fulfills all the things leftists couldn’t get out of communism.
The problem with globalism for Korea is that it certainly isn’t looking out for what is best for Korea.
Support the “left” if you choose, but wise up on globalism.
…or you will see the Korean healthcare system looted.

Any Navy guys out there with a good opinion?
Today’s excercise:
Did an F-18 get shot down the Houthis (who frequently lie) or was it friendly fire by the military (which frequently lies)?
It doesn’t matter what the Houthis say, as they will take credit for my crescent wrench changing size the moment I take it off the nut.
But, friendly fire need a bit of explanation. Presumably everything, from the computer to the operator knows the difference between an American warplane and and enemy target.
Anybody have an idea?

Maintenance issues and itchy trigger fingers are both easily explained by DEI, pronouns, gender dysphoria, and potentially hatred of a particular aviator. The presence of “friendly” Muslims in American uniforms is another possibility. And let us not forget hatred of Israel, shared by many groups, including the last two American Presidents.
The Houthis, on the other hand, have access to SovietRussian technology through their Iranian sponsors, so they might have gotten lucky.
