Snowy Mount Bugak Mount Bugak, north of the former presidential compound of Cheong Wa Dae in central Seoul, is covered in snow on Dec. 21, 2024. (Yonhap)
Looks like the kangaroo court masquerading as the National Assembly didn’t like Han Duck-soo any more than they liked Yoon Suk Yeol… Not because he was actually crooked; but because he wouldn’t aid them in their rush to dismantle civil liberties for Koreans and appoint more Inquisitors…
Which set of crooks will South Koreans prefer?
Will they want the Moons who were naive, clumsy, and lacked charisma?
Or will the Democratic Party fascists win, who are trying to be able to force business owners to submit requested data to members of the National Assembly without a court order (violating the constitutional right to privacy), trying to force the government to purchase surplus rice to stabilize prices during market fluctuations (which would guarantee farmers always produced too much), and trying to create five new special prosecutors to go after political rivals.
And what’s the rush? Does it all have to happen before Trump takes office? Is there a financial angle?

Last night, amid a group of intelligent and informed Koreans, the consensus seemed to be that Yoon’s actions are starting to make sense.
This is among people that don’t really like Yoon but they like what they are seeing now even less.
The Korean left has no concern for Korea and will burn it down if they can rule over its ashes.
Last night, amid a group of intelligent and informed Koreans, the consensus seemed to be that Yoon’s actions are starting to make sense.
Chickenhead, what do you mean? What did Yoon do that made sense to you? Could you elaborate in one short sentence? I challenge you seriously.
Before you blame the 85% of people in South Korea who want Yoon to step down and be prosecuted for his crime, as red commies, it was the Yoon government which sent HID military men to Mongolia to contact the North Korean embassy in Mongolia. Contacting the enemy to plan a plot together, is what we call, a treason.

Setnaffa, you have no idea what you’re talking about. It was Yoon who try to dismantle Civil Liberties. No-one told him to try to pull another Gwangju 1980. Now we have Yoon’s men, including the just impeached Han Duk Soo who want to restore Yoon’s presidency trying to play a game of delays. That’s not going to happen. It is unconstitutional for Han to refuse to appoint judges for the impeachment hearing. I don’t blame Han, since he probably knows that unless Yoon comes back as the dictator, he will also end in prison for being part of Yoon’s cabinet that plotted the coup.
Yoon coming back to power, that’s not going to happen. All of Yoon’s henchmen including the current ruling PPP party that’s playing the delaying tactics are going to prison. And this time we’re going to make sure there will be no more future pardons for these guys.

– transparant election information should be the default situation. The leftist Korean Deep State/Bureaucratic State blocking every attempt to inspect and evaluate it is not in the spirit of a democratic society. And, of course, if they have nothing to hide, there is no reason to hide it.
– The leftists/globalists in the national assembly (who may have been installed in a fradulent election that they block every attempt to verify) are so fixated on ensuring Yoon can’t get any win that their obstruction is damaging Korea.
– Despite being elected, Yoon was underwater in his popularity as soon as he was president. Statistically, this is unheard of. All new presidents have majority popularity until their first mistake. As we have seen in America, polls are designed to shape opinion rather than form it. Like government, the Korean media has been inflatrated by globalists with the overall wellbeing of Korea coming in behind the promotion of their agenda.
– The big complaint about Yoon is “he is not doing anything.” He has tried. The globalists block every effort. The media reports he is not doing anything.
For Korea to keep succeeding, it needs to become nationalist very quickly. The leftists North Koreaboos, the globalists, the agents of Chinese influence, etc., need to be purged from the system.
I fully understand that a right-wing dictatorship has its own issues, but based on Korean history, that has been positive for developing Korea’s place in the world and bringing prosparity to Koreans that so many other countries can only envy.
Korea needs a government that is focused on maintaining Korean prosparity and competitive rather than promoting dependence on multinationals, imported energy, and the desire to control free enterprise.

You didn’t answer my question. I didn’t ask you about what the leftists did. I ask you again:
Very nice photo!
