Lee Jae-myung is Heavy Favorite to be the Next President of Korea

Lee Jae-myung with all his legal problems would probably have a lot in common to talk about with Donald Trump if he does in fact become president:

Despite standing trial for 12 criminal charges, including an election law violation for which he was convicted seven weeks ago, Lee Jae-myung, leader of the main opposition Democratic Party of Korea (DPK), remains a heavy favorite to win the next presidential election, according to the latest poll by The Korea Times.

About 35 percent of the respondents said they would support Lee, far ahead of his potential rivals such as Daegu Mayor Hong Joon-pyo (7 percent), former People Power Party (PPP) leader Han Dong-hoon (5 percent) and Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon (4 percent) among others, the poll showed.

A better poll would ask “who can you absolutely not tolerate as next president?”

Oh my god. Reports coming in quickly now. Tanks roaring on the streets, shots fired, and dozens of people shot and dead, including some foreigners reported dead and wounded as well. Yoon on TV now, just announced another military rule, suspending all civil liberties, arresting a lot of people, and dissolving the National Assembly. Stay tuned.

Stop it. My díck can only get so hard.

What civil liberties were suspended during Yoon’s short martial law?

Everything was government-vs-governement rather than government-vs-people.

It seems Yoon’s “failures” as president have primarily been caused by the left preferring to damage Korea to prevent Yoon from having any success.

He has a bit of bad karma for prosecuting President Park, which led to the installation of globalist Moon.

And he may yet have some responsibility for installing globalist Lee.

And nothing getting done as the executive and legislative branches bicker is far better for Korea than letting Lee push his globalist agenda.

This is sad to watch.

But that’s Trump. Trump likes H1B visas. But I thought he said he wanted to get rid of it? Now suddenly he likes it. What happened? Was it the $$$ signs? Globalist Trump?

“I’m going to get rid H1B visa, I don’t like it”

But Musk calls him up and says, “Yes you do like it”.

Then now Trump says, “Oh yes, I do like it”.

Relax. Trump is not even president yet.

There is a place for H1B visas.

If a need can be filled while cutting the fraud, waste, and abuse, ending them entirely is not a good goal.

Let’s see what happens.

Trump generally makes good decisions.

He learned some hard lessons his first 4 years and he had 4 years to devise solutions. So far, he is clearly implementing some of those solutions (e.g., installing loyalists instead of Deep State protectionists).

I trust he will lean toward American workers before corporate profits. An example of this is supporting American dockworkers instead of automation at ports. I don’t agree with this as a long-term strategy but it fits within his principles.

So you’re also a globalist. Bringing in foreign workers to replace American workers. You’re a fake MAGA.

“So you’re also a globalist.”

I’m also a socialist…

…as I prefer government-run fire departments, roads, and military.

If importing a foreign expert to do something America needs but can’t supply, I am all for it in the name of progress.

(Korea did this with English teachers.)

If a skilled foreigner who is contributing to America wishes to embrace America and become American, I am even in favor of giving him citizenship to ensure his skills continue to benefit America.

Perhaps this makes me a globalist in the same way I am a socialist.

Did I mention I am also a communist…

…but only for open-source software.

The problem with the Setnaffarians is they have such low brainpower that they don’t know what they stand for and what they want.

If anyone thinks things are bad now, they’ll be 10 times worse under Lee Jae-myung.

Isn’t that Korean people’s decision to make (who to pick as President)? These anti-state people protesting to block free elections want to block this system of laws.

Absolutely!

Which is why you support open electon information and condemn the left for doing everything possible to obscure it.

Glad to see we are on the same page.

Chickenhead makes it sound as if it wasn’t Yoon that suspended all civil liberties, then abolishing and nullifying the election results by declaring Martial Law. After silence, the cultist Trumpian Far-Right supports Yoon, preventing his arrest and final impeachment. WTH is this? Who was that on TV on Dec 3?
