Ukraine Claims that North Korea Using Human Wave Tactics Leading to Massive Casualties
|As with anything coming from Ukraine I recommend having some skepticism on how true these reports are:
North Korean troops deployed to Russia’s western border with Ukraine are conducting “human wave tactics” on the battlefield, leading to more than 1,000 casualties within their ranks last week, a White House spokesman said recently.
North Korean troops supporting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine are conducting ground assaults in the Kursk region against Ukrainian forces that have led to “heavy casualties,” White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said Friday during a news conference in Washington, D.C. “It is clear that Russian and North Korean military leaders are treating these troops as expendable and ordering them on hopeless assaults against Ukrainian defenses,” he said. “These North Korean soldiers appear to be highly indoctrinated, pushing attacks even when it is clear that those attacks are futile.”
You can read more at the link, but you would think there would be drone or other footage of a massive human wave attack that would be shown to prove this claim? Since there isn’t this leads me to believe they are probably rushing Ukrainian positions in small squad sized numbers and this is being called a “human wave” attack.
It’s been on YouTube for over a week now, every time I watch a video my ingrained call for fire training cycles through my thoughts. No visible artillery, air, armor or drone support just light infantry in the open. The Soviets used the Ukrainians in a similar way back in the day, cannon fodder to identify the opposition strong points, I actually feel for them.
I was sent to Korea straight out of medic school in 1989. That was 35 years ago. I can’t imagine any Nork officer spends 35 years in uniform, so even their most senior officers have no experience on how to conduct modern warfare. For now it all seems to be antedotal with no hard video of human wave tactics, but all said it would not surprise me.
Trump is a good friend to Putin. Why doesn’t Trump stop this massacre by calling up his good friend? Didn’t he say he would stop this war in a day after he’s elected?
You want Trump to stop the massacre of North Korean soldiers?
Be careful… you show your loyalties a little too much.
Anyway, Trump will stop the war on the first day in office. He will stop financing the Ukranian half with American tax money.
There may still be a few more months of fighting, but it won’t be an American issue. The war will be over immediately…
…for America.
The left takes Trump literally but not seriously.
Everyone can laugh at the norks, but they are learning valuable but costly lessons. Meanwhile, South Korean soldiers are putting on makeup and putting in only 18 months of service…..
I am not buying any of this.
Despite all the “casualties”, there still has been no solid evidence. The evidence presented has been clearly fraudulent or conveniently missing the key points that would make it verifyable.
We have been hearing Russia is out of ammo next month, Russia has been stealing the microchips out of washing machines, Russia is unarmed and is attacking with shovels, etc.
At some point believing a stream of illogical and unreasonable propaganda statements that keep being proven false makes one seem stupider and stupider.
Does anyone really believe NK sent their starving and untrained teenage soldiers to embarrass the nation by dying foolishly due to tactics known to be ineffective for hundreds of years?
