Can you imagine if same thing happened in Korea where Samsung, LG, Hyundai, all give million dollar donations to a Korean President? The Korean public would consider that blatant corruption and there will be protests all around. Look what happened to Park Geun Hye, after Samsung donated a race horse to Park’s close friend. Park was impeached, and Samsung’s CEO served jail time.
US politics is far more corrupt than even Korea’s. That says a lot about the corrupt US system.
