ROK JCS Chairman Warns Against Investigation of Drone that Over Flew Pyongyang
The flying of the drone over Pyongyang is clearly not a secret any more:
Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Chairman Adm. Kim Myung-soo voiced concerns Tuesday over a potential probe into allegations that the South Korean military flew drones over Pyongyang last year, citing the need to maintain ambiguity in responding to North Korea’s claim.
The JCS chairman made the remark as he dismissed suspicions raised by the opposition bloc that the military engaged in activities aimed at inducing North Korea’s provocations ahead of President Yoon Suk Yeol’s botched martial law imposition last month.
The military has maintained its stance of neither confirming nor denying the alleged drone infiltration, which Pyongyang first made public in October, citing operational security.
“Saying that we cannot confirm is a strategy to pressure the counterpart, limit its options and cause confusion by keeping our secret,” Kim said in a special parliamentary committee session into Yoon’s martial law imposition.
You can read more at the link, but the Korean left seems more upset about the ROK military flying a drone over Pyongyang and doesn’t care about all the drones and shit balloons that North Korea has flown over the ROK in the recent past.

“Pro-North Korean Democratic Party uses the drone leaflet claim to play up the supposed “military martial law” again.
This was published two months before Yoon did his deed. Looking back, the way the news headline was mocking the Democratic Party, you would think that the DPK are crazy party who are making crazy claims.
So how did that turn out? The crazy claims that the “Korean Left” were making, really did turned out to be true. The “commies” were right all along.
Don’t underestimate the Korean right to make a fool of themselves, they’ve done plenty of things that are disgustingly corrupt that nothing is off the table for they to try.
GI Korea keeps saying “Korean Left”. Well, it’s not just those “commies”. It’s many Koreans who are worried that the Korean government is deliberately baiting North Korea to attack the South, for no good reason. We don’t want an unnecessary war, so the question is valid. What is the point of those drones into North Korea? The people have the right to know.

The reason the drones are being investigated is because there’s suspicion that it was part of a plot to provoke North Korea into a war.
As per your logic, if no one should be upset about South Korean drones flying over North Korea, why is the South Korean military doing everything it can to ensure there is no evidence of South Korean drones flying over North Korea to the point of destroying the drones themselves?
It seems @GIKorea doesn’t mind a war breaking out in S Korea.
