USFK Denies Report They Helped Arrest 99 Chinese Spies Tied to South Korean Election Rigging

The United States Forces Korea on Monday denied online media reports of 99 Chinese spies being captured by the US and South Korean military and confessing to election rigging, saying the notion is “entirely false.”
“The depiction of US forces and the allegations in the mentioned ROK media articles are entirely false. US Forces Korea remains committed to its mission of maintaining stability and security on the Korean Peninsula in accordance with the US-ROK Mutual Defense Treaty. We urge responsible reporting and fact-checking to prevent the spread of misinformation that could harm public trust,” the USFK said in a public statement, referring to South Korea’s formal name, the Republic of Korea.
Thursday’s claim by Sky Daily, a far-right platform founded in 2011, alleged that the South Korean military cooperated with the US military to take into custody 99 Chinese nationals at the National Election Commission building during the Dec. 3-4 imposition of martial law.

You can read more at the link, but even if the Chinese had spies in the NEC this would have nothing to do with USFK. This would be completely a ROK counterintelligence and law enforcement matter to arrest Chinese spies.

It’s only one of many fake stories created by the Korean right, with support of the ruling PPP government who brought up this fake story, to defend their military coup, claiming the country was getting overrun by China subversives.
They just didn’t think this through carefully, when they created this fake story that the Chinese were captured by the US military and transported over by the US troops. They thought that everyone would be too dumb enough that nobody would check with the USFK. Or did they believe that the USFK will go along with this fake story?
And as such, like the US side said, it’s a fake story.

Unless the “99 Chinese spies” were masquerading as USFK troops violating curfew or tampering with something on a USFK base (like shoplifting military bearings from AAFES or siphoning blinker fluid from the Supervisor of Flying’s jeep), I doubt very much they would have any cause to interact with any USFK law enforcement or security personnel.
I also doubt “Sky Daily” is anything more than a leftist tool for spreading pig manure on reputable media, like “Q Anon” was in the US.

Russia likes Trump because he will stop trying to delay the inevitable outcome of the war which is needlessly costing everyone treasure and lives.
It will be interesting to see what Trump does. He does not want to fund this needless madness. He does not want to create an enemy of Russia where it fundamentally does not exist. And Russia is on the expensive but unstoppable path to unconditional victory so has little reason to negotiate unless all the basic demands are met first.
China likes Trump becasue, even though he will likely make Chinese products more expensive with tariffs, China will make it up on volume as Trump’s economy takes off. Further, Trump is not an antagonizer like other administrations. He wants to do big deals rather than squander everything in war. China respects that. Trump also has a win-win attitude rather than winner-take-all that drives the globalist agenda. China is going to take Taiwan. But they are saving it for when they need to focus attention away from internal problems. Trump will likely drive a global economic boom. No reason to take Taiwan yet. There are many power forces which want to sabotage this.
Saudi Arabia likes Trump becasue he will bring some stability to the region. He will likely strengthen Israel and then tighten their leash. If the Palestinians can not be complete dumbásses, Trump will direct the rebuilding of Gaza as an amazing city. The Palistinians and the local Mizrahi Jews (not the Ashkenazi cryptoslavs) are generally complete dumbàsses. This makes sense, as they are pretty much the same people, branching from the Canaanites, which must have been real trash. *Looks in Bible. Yep.*
No idea why the indians like him. He must have turned them off and back on again. The three pillars of the US-India relationship are immigration, trade, and security. Trump is a threat to two of those. Biden was a big threat to security and India hated him. However, Trump has shown support for immigration of smart and skilled people, such as Indian tech workers. Makes some sense.
He will be fine for Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, and Turkey. By the mixed reviews, it is clear some Turks recognize he is going to block their plans for a new Ottoman Empire. Genoside of Kurds and Armenians may not happen under Trump.
Ukraine likes him. Probably because they know he is the best chance to end the war. Let’s see what happens when they realize they could have done this themselves by not hassling the Russian speakers to begin with, not talking about joining NATO, and not allowing a color revolution to begin with. Or simply giving Russia what they are going to take anyway and maintaining friendly relations.

Smart Koreans like Trump and they expect exports to go up under his administration. Despite the fact Trump doesn’t like war, he does like being prepared for war. With him forcing the EU/NATO to spend more for defense, expect Korea to sell a lot of weapons to countries that can’t quite afford the America equivalents.
But none of that matters.
It’s going to be America First, like it or not.
But history has shown, when America is economically successful, so is the world.
I just talked to a Minister of Trade and Industry for a country and I specifically asked them why they like Trump.
His answer perfectly explains it all.
– Trump is rational – no crazy flipflops. He has a track record of consistency.
– Trumo’s motivation is clear. He is straightforward and tells you what he wants without a hidden agenda.
– Trump is highly transactional. If you have something to offer, you can get something you need. There is no added complexity.
His country has a highly positive outlook for their relationship with the Trump administration. There will be some scrifices based on America First policies but overall, there will be some wins that will also be wins for America.
Let’s watch to see if this is how things turn out.
Trump tried this with NK and walked away when he didn’t get the deal he wanted in Singapore. The media said he failed. The alternative would have been to make a bad deal so the media could be informed that a deal was made.
